Edwin was so incredibly helpful. Helped me get all my sauces to the table. We accidentally ordered a burger without a gluten free bun and the whole team worked so fast to fix OUR mistake. Leia, Jenny and Edwin are wonderful and so hardworking. Would recommend stopping here to everyone.

Night out with friends in Downtown Disney! There was no plan, so we spontaneously walked around and decided to dine here.

Parking: We were day guests, so we parked in the Simba parking lot. Yes, they do validate for parking as long as you dine.

Ambiance/Environment: The vibes were dark and fun with nostalgic music. It wasn’t too crowded for a random Thursday night. There was a bit of a line, but it went by fast. We sat downstairs. They have a large space with booths, table seating, and standing tables.

Service: There’s a host at the door handing out menus. You’d order at the register and seat yourself. The cashier will hand you a number, and the server will bring out your order.

Food & drinks: I ordered a Margarita. Nothing special; it tasted as expected. It was citrusy, not too sweet, and pretty strong. I didn’t order food, but my friends let me have a bite of their dishes lol. The French fries were good. The Fried Mozz were heavy and paired well with the chipotle tomato sauce.

Pricing: This is one of the most well known theme parks .. of course prices will be $$$. This spot would be a good choice for a simple dinner & quick drinks on a fun night out. I’d come back to try their shakes and other food items.

Black Tap is an absolute *foodie circus*. The burgers? Juicy, stacked, and big enough to require a game plan before the first bite. But let’s be honest—the real stars are the shakes. These things aren’t milkshakes, they’re **architectural marvels**. Imagine a dessert colliding with a candy store, an ice cream truck, and pure childhood chaos—and then it lands in a mason jar.

I’m convinced just *looking* at one of these shakes raised my blood sugar. Sprinkles, candy, cookies, cake slices—yes, actual cake slices—just hanging off the side like it’s no big deal. One sip and you’ll wonder: *Did I just order dessert or commit to a week-long sugar cleanse?*

But here’s the thing—they’re delicious. Over-the-top? Absolutely. Instagram gold? 100%. Worth every bite? Without question. Just don’t ask me about my next doctor’s appointment.

If you want to feel like a kid in a candy shop with zero regrets (until the sugar crash), Black Tap is the spot.

100% WORTH IT! A day walking around Disney had me dead and there were no good sit down food places anywhere especially affordable ones. This place was extremely well priced with amazing food that arrived extremely quickly

Music is loud and obnoxious. Burgers are over $20 yet they're served with a whole pickle that you're expected to cut up yourself with a provided knife. I'm surprised I didnt have to peel my own lettuce and slice my own tomatoe too.

One of the best meals (burger-wise) in the area. My son and I both had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and were astounded at how big the chicken piece was. We both have big appetites and were satiated by our meal. In our hurry to get back to the parks, I dimwittedly left my water bottle on the table. I came back several hours later and asked if someone found it, and sure enough, a staff member brought it to me. Looking forward to coming back and trying something different.

This is bar food at Downtown Disney. There is a good variety and monster shakes seem to be the specialty. Prices are out of control. I think a shake was over $25!
There are fast at getting you a seat since we had a large party.
This place always seemed busy when we walked by. Overall a good place to grab a meal and kid friendly with a lot of seating.

It was my first time at a Black Tap. I originally wanted to try a shake but we arrived late at night after a long day of travel. The hamburgers were delicious! You order at the register and seat yourself. We were there late around 12:30am so there was plenty of seating options. It was very loud inside so we opted to sit outside as far away from the noise as we could get. There was a little chill in the air but it was so loud and we were tired, so we dealt with it. We ate as fast as we could since we didn't bring light jackets with us. I would go back but probably not late at night since it is loud. I might still opt to eat outside because it is noisy for any time of day. Worth trying at least once.

This place is where I got one of the best burgers I've had in a while! Decent portion and full of flavor! I loved that its inside Downtown Disney so lots of Disney vibes all around. The seating is first come first serve so that could be a little tricky if its a full house but it wasn't a big problem for us on our visit (although we did sit outside). Pricing is a little higher than you'd want to pay for a burger spot but again, its inside Downtown Disney so you can kind of expect that. Didn't get to try their shakes but will definitely do so next time since they looked heavenly!

Food was fine but they wouldn’t sell me a shake because I have an allergy to cherry. Instead of simply leaving the cherry off, I was told I am not allowed to purchase a $25 milkshake. It is wild to me that a business would lose sales because of a minimal appearance of a single milkshake. Other reviews mention allergy friendly accommodations but I did not experience that. I won’t be back.
