I finally found the perfect strawberry milkshake, and it was everything I hoped for and more. The Mickey Mouse Shake was served in a traditional, old-style glass, which was so cold to the touch it practically guaranteed a brain freeze with the first eager sip.

Overall, this shake was a masterpiece of execution. It was an absolute treat that brought back great memories and left me wanting another one immediately. A must-try for any milkshake enthusiast.

Really good dinner option in Downtown Disney. The shake has a little TOO much crème. Other than that it’s tasty.

Hard to give a complete review yet because I haven’t gotten my food, but I ordered to go, waited 30 minutes, and they attempted to give me the wrong order. I sat at the bar and wanted to order a drink while I waited, and no one would acknowledge me. I saw multiple other diners looking around for staff for help.

Front of house seems highly disorganized and cliquey, one girl was running around helping everyone while others just stood around with their backs to customers.

Giving 2 stars because at least the food smells good and I hope it tastes good whenever I get it…

Pickles tasted like crappy cucumbers. Food is way too expensive for how basic it is. Shakes are social media influencer bait. The actual food is pretty pathetic and lousy.

When we are in downtown disney, we came across this place to eat. It had very little weight and we were able to get a table right away. I ordered the Wagyu steak burger, and it was very delicious. The servers were very friendly and I would definitely recommend it for a lunch or dinner.

The Crazy Shakes To Go window was convenient. I wondered how a shake can cost so much until I saw the Bam Bam loaded with fruity pebble marshmallow snack, strawberry ppo tart and laffy taffy rope.

Poor quality burger, let alone for the exorbitant price.

AVOID: This place is absolutely NOT newborn or kid-friendly.

Visited on 10/29 at 9:50 PM (noting the exact date and time so the owner can review the cameras). I came in with my 5-month-old baby in a stroller, half asleep, planning to have dinner with my family on our way back to the Disney hotel.

The hostess, Dia, told us we could not bring the stroller inside. I calmly explained that my son is five months old and cannot sit in a high chair, so he needs to remain in his stroller for safety and comfort. Dia ignored my explanation completely and had an extremely rude, dismissive attitude.

We asked to speak to a manager, and that’s when things went from bad to worse. The manager—who employees referred to only as “Joe” (a heavier-set woman with brunette hair and reading glasses)—came out. When my husband later tried to get her full name for this review, Dia refused to give it, saying, “There are a lot of managers here, and I don’t know her full name.” You work with your manager and don’t know her name? That’s absurd. Clearly, they didn’t want us identifying her because they knew how poorly this situation was handled.

When “Joe” finally came out, I again explained that my baby cannot sit in a high chair and must remain in his stroller. Her response? She told me to leave my baby outside—unattended—while we dined inside. I’m not exaggerating. When I told her that was not an option because my infant could literally be kidnapped, she just stared at me, completely blank, with no response—then told us to leave and find another restaurant that “allows strollers.”

What kind of manager tells a mother to leave her five-month-old baby outside a restaurant? It’s beyond unprofessional—it’s inhumane, unsafe, and appallingly ignorant. The excuse given was that strollers aren’t allowed “for fire hazard reasons” and unless a baby has a disability. That makes absolutely no sense. A 5-month-old baby is obviously too young to sit in a chair safely.

The fact that other nearby restaurants—Centrico, Paseo, and Naples Ristorante—had no issue whatsoever accommodating our stroller makes it clear this restaurant is the problem, not us.

To the owner:
Please reconsider your management team. “Joe” and Dia completely mishandled this situation. Their lack of compassion, common sense, and professionalism is astonishing. Hiring staff who treat families with infants like an inconvenience is a sure way to destroy your business.

Telling parents to leave their newborns outside unattended is not just bad customer service—it’s dangerous and unethical. These are babies, not pets you can tie to a pole.

If you truly care about your reputation, review your cameras from 10/29 at 9:50 PM and see exactly how your staff treated us.

Misrepresentation of promotional. Happy hour Shakes are only Monday - Thursday. Management leaves sign out on Fridays to misrepresent promotion.

I was extremely disappointed with the wagu beef burger at this restaurant. They claimed that it won all kinds of awards, but it was just an overly overly burger with no flavor. I wouldn't expect such poor quality for a $26 burger. The chicken strips were a bit better.
