Eaten at the Las Vegas location as well and both were great. Food and service was on point. Had the black bean burger salad, good alternative if you’re not a beef person. My kids ate everything so the most of liked it as well.

I bought the Wagyu burger (recommend rare or medium rare)and mojito. Delicious. I noticed that they had Mango Cart on tap which is from my neck of the woods and which I do recommend.

Wow! What a crap show. I would use a different word but Google would censor it. To start- lots of employees wandering around with nothing to do. The look of boredom and indifference on their faces.

The restaurant was filthy both in the dining area as well as the Men's restroom.

They charge Shake Shack prices for Burger King food.

All of us received undercooked meat in record time. They ask what temperature you would like the burgers cooked to but this just seems to be a formality-- everything came out raw.

Their manager came around and saw the leftover food and tried to provide shakes instead of offering to do more than brown the top and bottom of the patty and call it good.

For a drink and a burger with generic Sysco Food Services fries is north of $30.

No one cares here. No one cares to cook, clean, assist the customers or take any accountability for the workings of this place and it shows.

At the time of this review these guys are hanging on to a 4.0 here on Google.

Go elsewhere.

Not family friendly and not kind service.
As a family visiting and staying at Downtown Disney, we encountered a significant failure in service that was both unprofessional and a large contrast to the family-friendly environment expected at Disney properties.
When our children fell asleep en route, we were informed we could sit on the patio with our sleeping children in the stroller, provided we ordered takeout and sit on the patio. After ordering and settling on the patio, we were then told strollers were prohibited, with no acceptable solution offered beyond waking our children or parking the stroller out of sight with sleeping children in stroller, which we deemed unsafe.
The staff member's response—that 'most guests don't mind'—demonstrates a clear lack of empathy and common sense regarding family needs, creating an absurd and stressful situation. This experience was not just inconvenient; it was unkind to our family's needs, absolutely unsafe, and significantly detracted from our Disney experience.
We expect a higher standard of service, particularly from a venue within the Disney ecosystem.

Would not recommend this restaurant.

Ordered the wagyu steakhouse burger medium well, i recieved it lower than medium rare. Everyone else in my party got their med well. Wish i had taken pics. Lost my appetite anyway for a remake and i hate confrontation lol the fruity pebbles shake was pretty good tho.

You pre order and pay then you sit down. Felt a little rushed, the cashier was trying to check us out before drinks were ordered. She was kind when we told her if we ordered drinks elsewhere. She said here, joked around and said, you got more money for this ticket. Service was great, American burger seemed small for the price but was delicious and chicken Caesar salad was a good value and great size. It was actually split between two people. 80’s music was great!!!

It is hard to beat anywhere connected to Disney, but this food was delicious. My son had a burger and it was gone in seconds. The chicken sandwich was so good. I loved the Asian inspired sauce. Good with the fries as well. Definitely would recommend if hanging out around Disneyland.
