This place doesn’t deserve any stars !!! Food was terrible undercooked and my son had bugs on his plate. When they offered us a coupon for a milk shake on our next visit I emphatically told them I would never return.

Bugs in the food and the order was completely wrong. When I told the waiter they refused to do anything about it until I pointed out the multiple bugs in the tomato and lettuce. Only then did they offer a “free milkshake” coupon.

Probably the most reasonable meal we had at Disney. The burgers were thick and juicy, and their flavor options were on point. The fries were great, and my kid had the Oreo shake which could have been a meal in itself.

Not worth going to. Food wasn’t made correctly, fries were almost over cooked ,burgers undercooked , music was way louder than needed. The burgers for being their most expensive sucked, like plain as can be, no flavor nothing great about them. Highly wouldn’t recommend.

After a long day at The Parks my girlfriend and I thought it would be a great idea to end the night with one of these amazing malts we've read about. We went to the outside window and after waiting about 5 minutes had to give the person behind the counter, who was apparently cleaning, a little shout to get her to notice us. She promptly came to the window and asked us how she could help us. We ordered a Nutella malt and she looked at us like we had horns growing out of our heads. I asked if she knew what malt is and she replied with little giggle and said "We make milkshakes here." I told her that a malt is a type of milkshake and asked her if she was sure they didn't make them so she went and asked the other gal who was working back there, who also looked at us, laughed, and shook her head. Helper #1 came back to the window, still laughing, and sort of condescendingly repeated "We make milkshakes here." We left frustrated and disappointed.

Not family friendly. The hostess was VERY rude about our sleeping child in a stroller. No stroller aloud period end of story. So if you have a sleeping child in a stroller this isn’t the place. The food is overpriced for what you get and is above average. Super unfortunate they don’t allow strollers but you can roll around in a mobility scooter no problem.

JADEN was very rude. We spent $170 to eat here and just wanted some water. We got water cups and crying kids. Asked Two servers to get water. They both told us to get it ourselves. For the price we pay should be able to just get water. Jaden put the cherry on top. He was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Food was good.
