IMO the best Mexican bread. The breads stays soft even the next day. The avena/oatmeal drink taste just like my Mom's 🥹

Champurrado taste good not too sweet not too sugary or cinnamoney and good thick consistency. Bread was average and did not feel or taste fresh made. Atmosphere was nice when I entered as the older lady owner spoke with her granddaughter but as soon as she left environment got tense and the sweet old lady turned serious 🧐 wouldn’t make the drive again but definitely if in the area looking for champurrado this is a good place to stop.

We’re not from California and just googled “bakery” when Brizuela’z Bakery popped up
Abraham went above and beyond for us to make sure we had the perfect Cake. He was super patient with the 10 phone calls I made to ensure that the cake was what we wanted. He made sure that it came out perfect and not too sweet. We were super super happy with the cake.

We needed a tres leches cake bakery near the hotel we were staying at in Anaheim and Brizuela's bakery came up in our search. I did call ahead to make sure they had the type of cake I needed. I just drove down, walked right in and were able to ask for the cake, paid and left, it was super easy. There were a ton of people in the store which to me must mean the bakery is a good one! The cake, they had so many varieties of tres leches cakes, I didn't even know it came in chocolate! I picked out what I considered to be a classic tres leches cake, they even offered to write a name on it for me! Which was pretty cool cuz it was for my sister's birthday. The cake was probably the best tres leches cake I've ever had. And I've had several. It was just perfect. The fruit on the top was nicely ripened. It wasn't overly milky. It was just in a word, perfect!

They tamales were absolutely phenomenal. I literally went back the same day, even my five-year-old love them. She asked me to go back and get more.

A few days ago I went to the bread shop and when I grabbed the bread with the tongs, Sele fell on the lady and stopped it with her body so that it would move away from the counter. She grabbed it and put it in my bag. I think that bread no longer had to be sold, something very unpleasant. I don't think I will buy bread there again.
The bread is very delicious, and the service is excellent, it's a shame that sometimes when I go shopping late there isn't much variety because it runs out quickly, so you have to go early, especially on Sunday.
