Drove an hour and ten minutes to pay for something I never wanted. I asked for the sandwich exactly as it was in the picture, in marble regular bread. Instead he made them all in a loaf of baguette bread. I’m just really really disappointed. Spent too much money and time. Honestly my fault for listening to a friend.
I needed something vegetarian close to Disneyland. I landed on this place in my search and had to try it.
Honestly the best sandwich I have ever had. I'm not sure what seasoning they put on their simply fries but they were so addicting. If I was local this would be come a regular spot.
I went about 30 minutes before closing but I would consider the inside cozy. The employees were very kind and hard working.
Very nice and delicious sandwich spot. Employees are kind and courteous. Thank you!
This was the worst Philly Cheese Steak sandwich I've ever had!!!! There was absolutely no flavor at all and to much bread and cheese. I have traveled extensively throughout the East Coast and this sandwich does not reflect what a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich is.
I've never gotten a bad meal from this place. The sandwiches are always amazing. Hot or cold. Their pear & gogonzola salad is fantastic. I've given it to friends who have gone back to get it. Bread is always fresh and staff is always helpful and quick with service. Portions are big too. A single sandwich can definitely be shared or become 2 separate meals!
Out running errands. Had previously heard about the loaded fries. And said let's try. I got the spicy chicken fries and a sandwich on Dutch crunch bread. No real complaints except bread was kinda doughy, no crunch at all. Everything was just average. The staff was very nice and fast. It is a step above subway. But nothing wowed me.
Delicious sandwiches
Outstanding spot. We come here every time we’re even close to the area, it’s never let down our family of 5, including small kids, dad with a ridiculous appetite (Sloppy Bronx and some Manhattan fries), and mom who appreciates a good salad.

Ordered two tuna sandwiches and got turkey and cheese. Reordered a tuna and got turkey again labeled tuna. Maybe you should label your meats better.
Had high hopes. Should have went with my gut feeling and walked out after the smell in restaurant was not pleasant. The sandwiches tasted like the restaurant smelled. We got 2 separate sandwiches and both were bad. The cold sandwich was worse of the two. Almost as if it was marinated in cleaning products and the grease trap. We took a bite and threw it away. Wasted money and super disappointed. Cleaning products need to be stored and used far away from food.

over priced, rude customer service, and it smells like porta potty. you would think a place with so much bbq on the menu would smell like bbq and not poop. maybe this is what the Bronx is like?

I had a great experience at this sandwich place! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything else was perfect. The sandwiches were fresh and flavorful, but I’m giving 4 stars because the bread was a bit hard. That’s the only minor issue, though—the overall experience was fantastic!
