Was behind a truck black truck for more than 5 minutes. Listening to see if somebody was placed in order. Nobody was so I left I went to Kentucky Fried Chicken in the same parking. Better service fresh food tried calling Burger King with their phone number listed doesn't work. But again, why does a business need a phone number to call them? When you know right off the bat , their service sucks

I stopped at this location for some coffee and French toast. The customer service was good, and coffee ☕️ and French toast were delicious. I overall give 3 stars ?.
I've always been a fan of Burger King. They were just a few blocks from home growing up, so I had plenty of exposure.This location is just as good as all the other BKs out there; good burgers, decent offerings, and they have Coke Zero. Coke Zero is a deal breaker for me. I'm diabetic and Diet Coke, or Diet Pepsi taste terrible. They have a very salty, weird after taste.Anyway, I like Burger King. Another thing I like is that they offer onion rings. Yum!The biggest complaint I have about Burger King is that the Whopper Junior shrunk significantly. I mean, IT SHRANK! I used to get this one on the regular and now it's the size of a slider. It was just the size of a regular burger in comparison to the Whopper. I'm not ordering the junior again if I'm really hungry. You've been warned

They messed up our order quite a bit but we're nice about fixing it. The drive thru seemed busy. We were inside and they still got our food out pretty fast. They have a playground outside!

First time here, as my husband and I were walking in an employee wife or girlfriend almost ran us over to talk to him and note my husband was in crutches. The employee walked very fast inside after giving her a kiss, he went in so fast that he prettymuch threw the door in my face ,

Got my burger wrong 3 times, and the lady was giving attitude cause I ordered extra cheese... after messing up 3 times u think they would be more apologetic but know, It was the opposite. I don't think I will be coming back to this location! Ordered it plain extra cheese, got my burger reg with everything first time then they gave me a single instead of the double, then said it's was heavy cheese when obvious it wasn't but I was done and just left

Went there at night to get food for 2 seniors citizens, and the service was horrible, I mean, really bad. One employee couldn't figure out how to make a milkshake, and the second employee kinda had an idea. The manager had to make them while the other two employees stood there. One was playing with his phone. On top of it all, it was expensive. Not worth the time or money.
