Girl doesnt know how to use the machine for coupons. Told me i needed to tell her when we were using a coupon when we did. Not only that she gave us the wrong burger & voided multiple meals/charged incorrectly. Took her 4 minutes to still mess up.

So I ordered over 40 dollars worth of food. The order was filled about 50 percent wrong no tomatoes or missing mayo added pickles or lettuce etc. spicy mozzarella yuck. So can't get anyone to answer phone called morning noon and night so gave up and wrote this post to warn other unsuspecting patrons it was a 15 min drive each way so can't just pop by to complain either

Excellent customer service, good people, but to many homeless hanging around. I recommend drive through.
Food was fresh, facility modern and clean and parking was easy. I love a fast food joint that installs kiosks because I usually have an idea of what I want and prefer the fast ordering rather than waiting behind indecisive or large order individuals. For the anti-kioskers like David, the DO have a menu board like any other restaurant and you CAN still order with a team member as they obviously have to keep that as an option for those with accessibility needs and cash paying customers. No need to low rate because they chose to also adopt an express option for the rest of us.

3/28/2025 = 4 Star = Good and clean location, i believe just renovated this place , the only issue here are when you came not saying Hi or Hello , the rest is good , will try again soon .

The food tasted okay, but they didn't give me the ranch dressing I paid for... So my hamburger was dry because I was substituting ranch for mayo... Yuck. Also, mobile ordered and the drive through pickup was soooo slow
