Over 20 years old Burger King had quality in its food the chicken sándwich where my favorite they had flavor and quality but i dont know what happened but the quality of its food is not the same the flavor is not good the bread is cold it stopped having the quality that they used to

i went to order the whopper duo at around 11:45pm at 1-29-2024 drive thru when i got home i discovered the they burned the burger so i wasn't able to eat them. i wasted my money plus the patty is so small i think they should refund my money otherwise i'll tell all my family members and relatives and friends and co-workers my bad experience plus o told them no onion and pickles but they still put them so demanding them to refund my money

I fill sad about this location. It is a nice place but those employees need a really better education and train to know how to talk or respond to any customer.Or they get a other job we're they don't have to deal with any people at all .

$17 for a large ghost burger combo. Iimp fries and deflated small burger. Soda fountain was shut off. At least the service was quick. Thank for the life lesson, every experience I’ve ever had with BK is the same.

Ordered a whopper with cheese and they forgot the cheese..... I tried to call them but thier number has changed.... very disappointing.Horrible customer service by Samuel Friday night.... He refused to help me. And there no management there to over see these kinda of problems.... I can see why they have so many bad reviews.... ill never return to this location.... This place isn't worth the time.

Went inside to order a soft ice cream cone, so I could get a cup of water for my kitten. Other wise I had to pay for the cup. I was not trying to get anything really, only had $2.79 in my cash app. When the lady handed me the cone, was very top heavy from the 4 or 5 swirls of soft serve ice cream. I then asked for another cup, & a spoon as well to put the cone in. At the same time she gives me the extra cup, n spoon, all the ice cream falls off the cone onto the counter. I proceeded to get the ice cream into the cup. Feeling quite embarrassed because another customer had just walked in and saw what happened. The lady working proceeded to go ahead and help the new customer, without even offering any assistance to me. I had to ask her to get napkins for my hands which I used to put dumped ice cream into the cup. I was just in shock, and still can't believe she didn't help me by ignoring what just happened and immediately proceeded to take the person's order? She actually let me have the spoiled ice cream I picked up off the counter with my hands?! Didn't offer to make me a new cone, and gave me only 2 napkins after taking order from new customer first. WOW!?Will never spend money there again! EVER!
