The service and the attention is not the greatest. First, they don't greet you. No, even an smile or say something. Plus when you order online and go and pick it up, they don't have what you ordered, they tell you, oh, we run out. plus when you pick up You need to ask for a bag to bring your food, the straw for your drink, napkins, Forks......what kind of service is that?

We come to this establishment regularly but had a HORRIBLE customer service experience and will not be coming back
My 1.5 year old was with us and needed a booster seat/high chair. A younger female employee came over and handed it to us and just left. We set it up - or attempted to - and it already didnāt seem very stable. At one point, my kid moved back and the whole chair, which could not handle the uneven weight at top, flipped over. My son fell backwards, still strapped in, and started crying. Not a SINGLE employee (there were multiple) came to make sure we were ok, my son didnāt need medical attention, or anything. I instinctively reached out to grab him and gave cactus thorns all over my hands. We ran to pick him up, and check if he was injured
Not a single employee checked up on us, acknowledged what had happened or try to reassure us. The only time there was any indication they even saw what was happening (and they did, they were right there), was when the same clueless female came and started sweeping the fallen food - not a single word or even acknowledging that weāre sitting there. Not sure what they wouldāve done if we needed medical attention. Irresponsible and rude. We just got up and left at that point. Again, no communication.
What a humiliating experience. Will not be back. Do better. Not kid safe/family friendly in the slightest.

The molletes with soyrizo are vegan if you take off the cheese. The molletes and coffee are very good and remind me of the food I had travelling through Mexico. 5/5!

The best cafe de olla in the area, definitely on the pricier side for non-espresso drinks but better than Philz so worth a try. Great ambiance too!

This place is a little slice of Mexico. I was just in Encanda and felt I was back there. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. The coffee is on the Mexican side, meaning cinnamon and other ingredients you don't typically get in US coffee. It's good, and if you love that style, then this is your place. Service was friendly and with a smile.
Been here a handful of time and the food always tastes great, but I just watched the cook with his gloved hand playing on his phone, then promptly grab my burrito with the same gloved hand and serve it on a plate.
