I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from a waitress named Melissa at your West Coast University Dallas location.
During my visit today, I observed several instances of unprofessional and potentially discriminatory behavior. Specifically, I witnessed Melissa offering free range sauce to customers who were speaking Spanish, while attempting to charge other customers for the same sauce.
Furthermore, when I ordered a chicken panini, the price charged was \( \$4.95 \), a significant increase from the previously advertised price of \( \$3.90 \). When I inquired about this discrepancy, Melissa failed to provide any explanation and treated me with blatant disrespect.
In addition to the above, Melissa repeatedly asked me to repeat my order, even up to four times, in a manner that felt demeaning and intended to make me feel ridiculed.
I believe Melissa's behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. I request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this complaint.

I just have to agree with what Seth Mayer said in his review. This place is heavenly and run by divine people. Such a nice place to just chill and relax in, and the baristas are all so awesome. You can tell they are beaming and shining.
I've only had the smoothies here but they are perfect every time I get them. For the next 1.75 years this will be my go to place for snacks and refreshments. Praise the Lord for such a place

I’ve been a loyal customer of Cafe Moore and have never had a negative experience with their customer service or drinks. The baristas are always friendly and delightful to talk to. I highly recommend this place!

In response to the shops response of not accepting cash. Cards take longer to process in line than cash. They hold up the line and are less efficient. As for safety. The bacteria that sheds off of cards is the same bacteria that sheds off of cash. Additionally cards are kept in the same wallet as cash therefore no safety is provided differently in comparison to cards or cash. Still ONE star

If you look up the ratings for their old name - Coffee Nest - you'll see that it is excellent. New name, new location, same great taste. Good friendly people behind the counter.

They just opened in March 2022 at West Coast University lobby . Their frapé late java chip cappuccino was so delicious and sweet with a strong taste of the espresso. The decor is new and very modern. Next time I try their hot vanilla latté. As well you can text them in advance to speed up the ordering process. They are quick and the food is yummy! Just remember that they are cashless and only accept credit card as well of Apple pay or Google pay.
