Once again a disappointment. No Pineapple on my Burger Why ??? Charbroiled all-beef patty, sliced grilled PINEAPPLE, melted swiss cheese, onions, tomato, lettuce, mayonnaise and Teriyaki Sauce on a seeded bun. I did not get what's pictured here in ad.

The food is good. The only complaint I would have for the food is all the huge chunks of lettuce they put on the burgers, it's not a salad, & I'm not a rabbit. Take a layer off and it's all good.The service could've been better. I came in with 5-6 friends that are homeless in the area and I was treated like trash. Not even a smile. I ordered dine-in and the manager gave it to me to go. Even though I spent $80 in there, the way I was treated made no difference. Just because a person is homeless doesn't mean they're bad people. Most are more caring. Only God canjudge
By far the best carls jr I’ve been thru has double drive through with shade and the screen motors are very visible great food and awesome service! A1
