The food is good. The only complaint I would have for the food is all the huge chunks of lettuce they put on the burgers, it's not a salad, & I'm not a rabbit. Take a layer off and it's all good.The service could've been better. I came in with 5-6 friends that are homeless in the area and I was treated like trash. Not even a smile. I ordered dine-in and the manager gave it to me to go. Even though I spent $80 in there, the way I was treated made no difference. Just because a person is homeless doesn't mean they're bad people. Most are more caring. Only God canjudge

I have the beginning stages of heart failure. I was mortified to eat fast food for weeks. When I was working and on the go, I was starving to death with a tight deadline. Chris (window guy) and Emelia (manager, I think?) not only educated me on the items on the menu with low sodium, they went above and beyond to make sure I had as healthy as a sandwich can be at Carls Jr. Thank you Chris and Emelia. I am truly grateful for your understanding and I wish you all very well.

Ordered a Superstar to go. Got home, opened the Superstar wrapper, took a bite, and realized there was only one patty. It was a Famous Star. Hardly worth the time and gas to go back, but I was hungry and wanted the extra protein. They were good about replacing it, but the guy making burgers only had one job and he couldn't get it right.

The experience was 10/10. Right when I enter the door i was greeted and my order was take perfectly. Food came out quick and fresh.Vegetarian options: Any burger on there menu cam be turned into a beyond burger and u can get the same taste as a regular burgerParking: Very clean and a safe place to leave ur car with no worriesKid-friendliness: Its a safe place for kids to eat and there meals come with cool toys and many options

4 stars for time and location, location, location$13 for a combo is crazy but my lil man wanted a double bacon cheeseburger and I was in no mood for cooking after hockey practice; it was already 7:30pm on a school night! This Carl's is right off Imperial blvd. Food was warm, nothing was piping hot but in a pinch I didn't care. They were courteous and the wait was short. My $3 bargain menu cheeseburger had a hard bun as if it had been hanging out in a heat lamp. Overall flavor was good. My son demolished his burger which looked spectacularly cheesy and delicious.
