Went to order late didn’t have my car but it was right across the street. Didn’t take our order instead forced us to download an app and wait outside when we could’ve just taken our order. Never ever coming to the place again this is a joke. Guys name was Caesar and he’s a joke.

This location closes the dining room at 10pm. The theme parks close at 10pm. Tried walking through the drive thru to order takeout and was told you need a car to use the drive thru. I am a tourist on vacation with no rental car staying down the street from the theme parks. Why would I have a really car!? Why would you refuse service for people trying to get fast food after the parks close!?

The wallet fries were so god and crunchy the chicken stars amazing and the juice was so good.5 stars
On the 17th of February, at approximatelty 0830, my boyfrievnd and i went to the drive through to get food for breakfast. The breakfast menu board was not up Why is that when we are running late for a Doctor's appointment. We had to go inside the restaurant to order. It took us ten minutes to get our food. It is ridiculous.

I ordered a Double Famous Cheeseburger menu. In order. However, no comparison to In'n'out, Five Guys or let alone Restaurant Burger. But at just under 13 USD, it is also much cheaper.

The manager here is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Not only is she disrespectful, but it seems like she can’t manage the place! The restaurant is poorly managed and maintained, the service is terrible! The manager seems to have a dire attitude issue. My condolences to those who have to suffer working there under her embarrassing management. What an embarrassment and a disappointment of an establishment/manager.

Me and my friend had just visited the library across the street and decided to grab a bite to eat! So just after noon and we tried to enter the doors on the Broadway side of the street, but the doors were LOCKED! Why!? So my friend waits and I walked all the way around half the store to enter the facility on Harbor We finally get in and we order! We receive our drink cups and head to the soda machine; I push the lever and nothing! I ask the lady who initially took our order (who turns out to be The Manager) in a not so pleasant tone, "There is NO ice!?" Without saying anything, she pulls out a remote control and turns on the soda machine! What she forgot to do that after receiving our 24+ bucks! REALLY! After making our drinks, we go to wash our hands --- but you need a code to access the door! OMG!!!! Then the code I get was wrong and I have to go back to get the correct code! Geezzz! I have never been in prison, but THIS experience made me feel like I was! In the future, after visiting this library, instead of this place, I will just go to the Jack-in-the-Box 2 blocks up the street! Because the jail-style mentality of this Carl's Jr. is in a word just TOTALLY . . . off-putting! #?way!
