Went to get food for my family tonight around midnight and had asked for 6 house ranch dressings, was given 3 regular buttermilk ranch dressings. When asking for the correct sauces for my meal and for a cup holder the Woman employee named Moe closed the window very aggressively and locked it while I was in the middle of asking her, and then ignored us trying to get her attention again. I also ordered Large meals and she gave me Mediums with zero explanation as to why, we weren’t even given the chance to ask. Dropped off the food to my family and drove back to get the sauces for my pregnant wife. Encountered Olivia, who made the situation right and was incredibly sweet. This employee, Moe, was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. I understand it’s late and the line was decently long, but in no way does that justify being completely dismissive to your customers.

Unfortunately this Carls Jr missed the mark…by far. Everything was bad. The buns were stale; the nuggets, burgers, onion rings and fries- all seemed like just re-microwaved out the fridge.
Service was good, but the food did not match. And we were very hungry!

We ordered delivery and it’s good to know that they don’t touch your food because there is tape over the bag that can’t get replaced but the food is really oily so it wasn’t the best

Seems ok. Standard Carls Jr fare. Fountain drinks a bit flat. Decent eating area. Moderately clean. Not amazing but not gross. Staff and service are poor. Had to wait for a while to place an order while the manager interviewed someone. Seems their internal hr is more important than customer service. Definitely made it not very fast fast food.
If there was a negative star that's what it would get. The food wasn't good, the service was non existent and there's no veggie option except gross zucchini.

Went to order late didn’t have my car but it was right across the street. Didn’t take our order instead forced us to download an app and wait outside when we could’ve just taken our order. Never ever coming to the place again this is a joke. Guys name was Caesar and he’s a joke.

This location closes the dining room at 10pm. The theme parks close at 10pm. Tried walking through the drive thru to order takeout and was told you need a car to use the drive thru. I am a tourist on vacation with no rental car staying down the street from the theme parks. Why would I have a really car!? Why would you refuse service for people trying to get fast food after the parks close!?
