I love this location! I love that each employee greets me and with a smile. Seeing all women employees at this location is very empowering. They are very sweet women, when i eat inside they bring the food to me and they do not have to do that but it’s a very nice gesture. I wish i could give more than 5 stars. They deserve and unlimited amount.

I ate in the restaurant and the lady working refused to accept my 20% discount as an employee. explained something about there being no discount on only one item at a time which makes no sense have never had this issue with any other Carl’s Jr ever in my 4 years of working. Highly disappointed.

I'm giving it zero stars They give you the food with hairs in your fries and we requested it well done all she put special requests it tasted frozen still the lady was very rude with attitudes telling me why I ate it for some reason it's called fast foods duh shaking my head. Made my stomach hurt they charge a lot for the food for it not to be well done and with hair's. Awful experience never had a problem with Carl's Jr at all in my lifeTo the employees never be disrespectful to the customer's period. Customers is always right make sure to wear hairs net's. You just lost a good customer.

Drive through takes way to long, your better off going to chipotle or Dave’s hot chicken and those you have to get off to, grab food. Not worth it if it’s $13 for a western cambo and a chipotle bowl $10

We had tere and she was horrible and rude. We asked for 4 small waters and she gave us 1 and walked away and looked back and gave such a dirty look and her and a group of people were laughing. I went to the intercom again and asked why. She said 1 water per car and I said okay we didn't know or realize you didn't have to be so mean about it. Why didn't you just tell us and we could have bought water bottles. I was furious at this point. I told her just give me a water bottle seriously we are too tired and super thirsty. And she tried to give us cups of water I refused and said no I'll pay thank you. Again, she should have explained we would have totally understood in the first place. We get and understand rules but no communication and to be rude while my kids are crying for water?! Why? Not necessaryExample: if she said, "sorry ma'am it's 1 cup per car" I would have said, "dang that sucks okay, can I have 1 bottle of water please and 1 cup of water?" And we would have been on our way. They didn't have to laugh at us and give me a dirty look. Bad customer service! We won't ever come here again trust me. McDonald's next time
