2 weeks ago? I was just there! I used their parking lot as a place to eat my fries. The way Rally's is set up, when you go out the drive-thru, you're back on the main street and have to make two u-turns over half a mile to get back into their parking lot to eat anything there. Carl's was still open, and people were still out in their parking lot having the food they got there. So I joined them for a midnight snack....

I love the "Lent menu" fish sandwich! It's a great deal, and I wish it was available all year. I have compared your fish and tarter sauce to those at other drive-thru restaurants. Your fish is thick and your sauce is very good.

It would normally be a three-star review because hey it is just fast food but I happen to be fond of their grilled chicken sandwich and every time I ordered it it's been Good, the chicken was not hard or dry and there was a good deal of vegetables everything seemed fresh enough that I was happy. I cannot speak to the burgers this is purely happiness with the chicken sandwich review.

Did a drive thru. Bought a Super Star combo. Requested NO CHEESE, but they made it with cheese. Had to walk in to get the hamburger replaced.I gave a 5 star rating because all the staff, the cook, and the manager apologized for the mistake. I felt it was a sincere apology.People, myself included, make mistakes and own up to it. I like that mentally!

I applied for a job and went to my interview and everything, the manager told me he will give me a call with my schedule the next day. I never got a call so I called to follow up and they blocked my number.

This place is worst you can find customer service . Lady in the intercom 11-1-2023 at 830 am is just a no customer service skills at all . She needs to be in the kitchen or just clean the tables . They are mad when you used a coupon because they don't know how it works . Repeatedly I ask if I can substitute to a orange juice and I will pay the difference and she said no I think she is a manager that needs more training or better more demoted Burger King has more class next door stay away from this dump site

The drive-thru window worker just tried to attack me and flipped me off as I drove past. As if I'm scared of her. She is the one who told me to repeat the order 3 times and to speak louder because she couldn't hear me. The order was for one item which was too difficult for her to comprehend. So on the last attempt I yelled it because if someone keeps saying they can't hear you then you obviously need to speak louder. She got mad and said she was talking to coworkers and that's why she couldn't hear me and I don't need to yell the order. The store was empty and so was the drive-thru line. She was too busy gossiping. So why ask me for my order three times if you're not paying attention? Wait until you finish your socializing first. Then as I drove past she sprinted toward the window as if she was going to jump out of it after me. Go ahead ! Big mistake! I continued to drive to avoid escalation because I was ready, and she gave me the middle finger. I called several times to get her name and to speak to a manager. She answered the phone and I asked to speak to the manager and she hung up. I called back several more times and she rejected the call. I amWaiting on corporate to call me back. They probably won't. It's not my fault she works at Carl jr. If you are miserable and have self esteem issues because of that then improve your life. Ghetto workers.

The customer service is so bad here. It's like none of them know how to do their job. There could be no one at the drive through and it will take someone so long to even take your order. Then every single time I've come here they make you wait in front to get your food. They are also rude and very unfriendly. The only reason i come here is because it's close by. Get your ish together here!!

The new big char Chile burger was horrible. I was going to throw it away, but I already paid almost $8 for it. So I just add my own salsa. The service was great and the new salted caramel pretzel shake was great (without the pretzel) I didn't go inside, so I don't know about the ambiance.
