We visited Casa de Pancho Mexican Grill in the Garden Walk plaza. It was a Saturday evening, and the only restaurant at the Garden Walk that didn't have a one hour or more wait to be seated for our party of four adults and two children. We were greeted and seated quickly. We sat on the patio, which was pretty good, given there was live music inside the restaurant. Not that it wasn't fairly loud outside, too. But, not as loud.
