I love the food here, but unfortunately my partner and I came here a week ago and the lentils weren't cooked all the way. My partner went up to alert the staff with the goal of having a new bowl made. The manager was indignant that he cooked the lentils himself and would not give a refund or an exchange but instead gave us an email to send our complaint to. I emailed with pictures and a receipt and never heard back. Wouldn't recommend this location!

Minus Zero stars! Paying for delivery a lot of fees. I’m aware I’m getting 20% less salad on delivery BUT tonight was about 40% less!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!
Paid for Avocado ? and it’s MISSING. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Missing pita bread side! Missing second cucumber ? veggies NOT ACCEPTABLE!!
And added dressing as if full portion I usually get half dressing but no where to write it in app.. so not it’s totally GROSS!! ? GROSS! ?
I want to know who the manager was tonight and what they are thinking..
How hard is the make a salad reading it …
And is it worth to ruin someone’s dinner?!?

My family and I have been coming here since they opened. Portions is usually hit or miss depending on who it is. Often feels like they're rushing us through and just putting some arbitrary amount of toppings on.
The most disappointing part is the rawness of the lentils and rice. On numerous occasions we've had lentils that are, I kid you not, rock hard. Could chip a tooth on how raw they are. The pita crisps I asked for, not even cooked and looked like jumbled together dough. Falafel balls, cold and undercooked. I tried the mixed vegetables once, got food poisoning. I dont know what the heck is going on with the quality control.
Another time I went, they were out of numerous items on their menu and didn't mention it prior to even me starting the order. They said it was because they had a new cook?? I'm supposed to pay $13 for a half bowl since they couldnt train the chef I guess.
The amount of times I've had raw lentils and a disappointing family meal has just been too many. Love cava but this location, just one star.

Smallest portions ever given at an cava I have been to. So not worth the price.
Build-your-own Mediterranean bowls! That sums it up. Plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options. You can choose a base of grains, greens, lentils, or combine them. A certain number of toppings is included. The crazy feta is a hit in our family - it's whipped with olive oil and spices. The roasted veggies are really good! Drink options include unique items like strawberry citrus, blueberry lavender, and cucumber mint lemonade. (It looked like we arrived just after the lunch rush.)

Mediterranean with a Chipotle vibe. Food is good, service very helpful and friendly. Big, clean place with outdoor seating area. The only knock was that they weren't ready for lunch crowd, falafel not ready and no lentils. Girls in front very apologetic and accommodating. Whomever is GM, beware..there's a weird vibe with the front and a girl in the back..
