Allow me to start by saying I really wanted to like this place. I love chef Gaytan. However, today's food did not live up to par. The service was also lacking. We finished out meals and were waiting for our kids to finish their. No one offered to pick up the dirty dishes for over 30 min. Seriously.
I suggest that anyone that is familiar with authentic Mexican food stay away or he/she will probably be disappointed.

Cool location in the middle of downtown Disney, but I was expecting better salsa. I’m weary of the meal if their salsa isn’t that great, but the food was actually pretty good. Good margarita too. I wouldn’t seek it out but it was a good one time visit

My family and I love the food here. It’s family friendly and we have an autistic 4 year old. Heidi was awesome and very attentive.

The ribs was definitely a highlight for this place! The stack was big enough for two people and the glaze was just amazing! The place itself is a little bit hectic but the staff was effective and nice!

We visited this restaurant on my birthday and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had on a Disney property. At first everything was fine except the service was a little slow, but since we were meeting up with a friend I didn’t mind. We got our drinks and mine tasted off. I ordered a regular coke and figured maybe it got mixed so I didn’t complain at first. But both rounds of my drinks were off, then realized they gave me diet coke instead of regular and then acted like it was regular, but the taste was extremely off. Then we got the food and my carne asada tacos were freezing cold. When our waiter finally came back around we told her, and maybe 2 minutes later they came out in a bowl instead of a plate, leading me to believe my original tacos were just left sitting out until they decided to bring them to me. Then our waitress hadn't come back by, and the food item my mom got was not good. My friend ended up getting up and finding the closest employee, which was the manager, who was extremely rude. Although he took the food off, he was condescending about it. Our waitress came back over after the manager did this, took our friend's card for payment, then claimed it was declined twice on both computers even when there was 3k on the card available, and used my moms card for the order. She came back over saying “yeah this is the one, this one was available” almost purposely to embarrass my friend. Then on our receipt she circled where the food was removed and left without giving us validation stamps on the receipts. Horrible experience and you guys seriously need to work on your customer service skills and speed. Craftsman Grill had better food at a cheaper price with much better service.

Went for dinner last night, and very happy that we did. The restaurant was busy, but we were able to walk up and get seated in about 20 minutes. That’s excellent for DT Disney! The chicken taquitos are awesome! I recommend getting the Old Fashioned, the bartender makes it perfectly. The food was ready quickly and was delicious. Portions were good, for the price. The chips & guacamole were delicious and were a big serving portion. 3 of us split the chips & guac, so it’s a decent size. Excellent staff and ambiance.

What a horrible experience. Not only did the restaurant not have multiple items on the menu. The waitress was rude and was upset that we asked what was actually on the menu. The others threw the chips and salsa on the table and walked away.
Don’t waste your time or money.
Very disappointed
Got seated pretty quickly even though we didn't have a reservation and we were a party of 10. Good food and good service, can't complain.

The Asada Tacos were bland and not flavorful. The street corn was like someone dumped a can of corn in a bowl and poured sour cream over it and served it hot
We had a great experience dining at Centrico for the first time. Great menu options for my kids, husband and I. Drinks were amazing, guava margarita and the tamarindo were our favorite. Great service from our waitress, CeCe!!! She was so kind and had so many tables on a busy Valentine's Day. CeCe gave us great recommendations. The entire server staff worked together and were very attentive to all our needs.
Delicious, kind wait staff, food came out fast.
