Chaplus Modern Tea Room is a hidden gem! I absolutely loved the creative menu, they offer way more than your typical bubble tea shop. The drinks are super aesthetic and thoughtfully crafted, especially the ones with cheese foam and fresh fruit. I tried the strawberry matcha and the brown sugar boba latte, both were rich, balanced, and not overly sweet.

The vibe inside is modern and cozy, with a relaxing atmosphere perfect for hanging out or studying. Staff were friendly and helpful, and service was quick even though the place was fairly busy.

Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for high quality tea with a trendy twist!

My favorite boba tea place. I don’t know what it is about their drinks but it is the perfect amount of sweetness. I’d a lot of boba teas in my life but Cha Plus is definitely on top of the list for me to come back to California.

A great place for a snack, and very good Boba teaspoon! The strawberry Nutella bubble waffle is just right. Not too artificially sweet, just natural goodness with Nutella drizzled on top, highly recommended

Recommend the boba black tea with fresh milk

I ordered a Thai Tea with Boba. The tea itself was weak and the boba was tough. Wouldn't be my go to place.

Wanted boba tea and they had a drink for everyone in the family group. We enjoyed the ambiance. Would go again.

Honestly the greatest boba shop experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming here regularly and the options are still limitless. All of the milk teas and boba are freshly made and perfect, and they put time and effort into making the experience immaculate for you. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

I don’t often leave reviews on places but this one was an exceptionally bad experience. I entered the place, and ordered with the man who was working. I ordered just a classic black milk tea with boba and it tasted pretty okay. The man however felt especially stand off ish. The store was completely empty and he egarly hovered when I was, especially at the tipping section. I said “thank you” and “please” numerous times and never received any verbal response back or some kind of body gesture. I understand food service and customer service can be extremely draining so I try my best to be very polite, but for him just to blankly stare at me made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I again thanked him for my drink as I left and still got nothing back.
