This has been our family go-to place for 25 years now, and we love it. Great food and good deals on family packs, and the people that work there are also very nice.
Always enjoy the food here and the portion sizes are very generous. I often have leftovers so that's lunch the next day too for me. My usual is the honey shrimp and bourbon chicken although the orange chicken is bomb diddly.
The place says that it closes at 10pm and we showed up at 9:10 hoping to eat inside for the first time only for both the workers to tell us there closing at 9:00 mind you it was already 9:18 when I checked my phone we were given multiple hints on having to take it to go but we spoke up and said online it shows they close at 10 finally we were allowed to sit only to find out the food was Mid and very salty definitely going back to lucky Chinese food down the street on knott and Katella

My family has dined at China King at least once every few weeks for the past 27 years. It has been consistent through the years and it is my sister's go to place whenever she visits home. No other place makes chowmein and orange chicken like they do! It has become a tradition to eat here whenever we have big events or have nostalgic family events to celebrate.
I used to come here like a decade last time I was here was 3 years ago the food was great but then they changed the cook, so today 10-6-2024 I decided to come and try they're food, Sucks worse.
Amazing. Delicious. Staple of the community. Been going here for 25 years. Bless your soul with some BBQ pork.

I'm sorry but the older gentleman is just sour as hell and rude. He kept 15dollars of my change and how the hell do you get a bone in vegetable chow mein?

First and last time here. The food is horrible, chowmein had a funky taste and kung pao was more vegetables than meat. Literally only 2 or 3 pieces of meat. Ended up throwing it away.

Pretty decent Chinese food spot. 2 item plate is 10.99 plus tax. Inside was cleaner than I thought it would be. The surrounding area is a little rough. Lots of homeless people.

Very bad food, too dry and overcooked, you can't get a little water for free, they intimidate you and talk to the employees and the portion is too small

If you're craving Chinese food and on a tight budget this is the place for you. I've been getting food from this place off and on for over 25 years now. Yes, this place has been there that long and the reason being is that they have good food, they're friendly and they're not stingy with their portions. Typical Chinese restaurant menu items, some menu items can be spicy. I usually get their 2 item combos because I think it's the best bang for your buck. My favorite is their wonton soup. I'll keep coming back to this place as long as they're open for business.
