The girl in the front was very helpful and sweet I had just put a mobile order in right before I arrived and it was empty in there but it still said 10 minutes for mobile order and she helped prepare my order so I didn’t have to just wait there while nobody was in line service 10/10 would come back again

This was our 1st time at any Chipotle, so we did not have a clue what we wanted. This restaurant location did not have a menu we were able to see until we got to the register and when we went up to order we felt completely rushed by the employee. We ordered quickly and because of that we were not satisfied with the food we ordered.

Can’t call directly to the store. My online order was wrong. Get their automated service wait forever for them to attempt to call the store and then no answer. Gross food and horrible service
We got food here two nights in a row while visiting the area for Disney. The first night the chips and guac were stale. The chips were chewy, dry, and were definitely old. Went back next day hoping it was a bad one time experience and asked for fresh chips with my guac. We let the manager know the chips were stale the night before and asked for fresh chips. She said it was not possible. We went to the car to try them and it was the same—stale, chewy, dry, unsalted. My husband went back inside to explain that the chips were again stale and inedible and if they could make a fresh batch. He explained we are a military family who is stationed overseas and haven’t had chipotle in years and just wanted a fresh batch! :(. Seems silly but when you have a craving The manager Jessica said it was not possible and rather refunded my money. She was unwavering. Poor customer service for something that would probably take a few minutes. Odd and disappointing.

The steak is no meat all gristle. We ordered double steak and there was not one piece of steak it was all fat. We eat at chipotle frequently and it is always great quality of meat but this location is cheaping it out and serving all fat and calling it steak!!!!!!!

This Chipotle is not good. Rice was salty and undercooked. The food just doesn’t taste fresh. I’d rather drive clear down to the Chipotle on Main St. WAY better quality.
