Today I visited this location and ordered a bowl with extra Carne Asada, understanding and accepting the additional $7 charge.
While the food quality was good, the extra portion added was extremely small and did not feel like a full extra serving. Considering the premium price for Carne Asada, I expected a more noticeable difference in portion size.
I enjoy Chipotle and usually have great experiences, so I wanted to share this feedback in hopes of improving portion consistency when customers pay for extra meat.

This was my first visit to this location. I was on a business trip and decided to have lunch at this Chipotle. I ordered a burrito bowl and believe that it comes with a tortilla, whether it's at an extra cost or not. The young lady took my order, and I advised her that I wanted the burrito bowl after she had added all the items I required inside the bowl. She proceeded to take the next customer order. I kindly asked her where the tortilla was that goes with the burrito bowl. She stated to me with an attitude that it was extra and that it was not included, as if I was requesting it for free. I politely advise her that, whether it's an extra cost or not, I require a burrito bowl, which implies that I would like to have the tortilla. If that's not the case, all of the bowls would be considered burrito bowls 🤔. She said, 'Well, this is not Florida; here, you have to ask for it, period.' SMH

I've not had a worse chipotle bowl than here, the sour cream was literally watery and smelled weird. The service can potentially improve too.
When I order ahead for pickup, it’s because I’m in a rush and don’t want to wait in line. If I wanted to wait, I wouldn’t order in advance. I don’t know who the two ladies working today were, and I understand everyone is underpaid and overworked, but they weren’t very nice. Very dismissive attitude from the cashier. Please consider creating a separate pickup line.
