When I order ahead for pickup, it’s because I’m in a rush and don’t want to wait in line. If I wanted to wait, I wouldn’t order in advance. I don’t know who the two ladies working today were, and I understand everyone is underpaid and overworked, but they weren’t very nice. Very dismissive attitude from the cashier. Please consider creating a separate pickup line.

I went to a Santa Ana location and they didn't have pico because I guess they were closing early? I went to this location and asked if I could just get a cup of pico de Gallo that the other location didn't have. they were very kind to give me the cup of pico and I greatly appreciate it.

The girl in the front was very helpful and sweet I had just put a mobile order in right before I arrived and it was empty in there but it still said 10 minutes for mobile order and she helped prepare my order so I didn’t have to just wait there while nobody was in line service 10/10 would come back again

This was our 1st time at any Chipotle, so we did not have a clue what we wanted. This restaurant location did not have a menu we were able to see until we got to the register and when we went up to order we felt completely rushed by the employee. We ordered quickly and because of that we were not satisfied with the food we ordered.
Size of the burrito was a joke. Super small for a 14buck burrito. Very disappointed portion size keep getting smaller and smaller
