Host Patrica (Young South East Asian women) needs more training as we specifically tried to give her correct change. She previously has a terrible attitude and pored sour cream in a cup that had traces of lettuce she got upset that I told her to take it out. She then look at her coworkers like we were crazy for trying to give her our 14 cents so we could get are even dollar. The crew then starts talking about all the horrible reviews this store gets as we can see down below not the best and room for improvements. If u choose this location go during the AM hours.

The lady with the glasses gives you extremely low portions, even when you tell her to add more she will add a little bit like it was a lot , and she will do it with an attitude too , i felt like i was getting this for free , like am begging for it … so i asked her what days she work there. I just wanted to avoid her , she said Saturdays … not eating chipotle at Saturdays any more
I don't know who is giving the order to keep making smaller and smaller burritos, but it is happening across the board. Paying extra and receiving less is not necessary anymore. We are past the COVID restrictions and you can return to normal.
I'll start promoting/buying other food that hasn't been commercialized. You've changed since you got big.

Wow never had this bad of an experience with Chipotle. Customer service was bad she looked like she didn't want to be there in the first place. Small portions my bowl that I got looked like a kids meal. N that's with all the extra stuff I got on it (guacamole and cheese.) To top it off no fork and no napkins. I had to stop by 711 to get that.

Horrible! I got a bowl & the white rice was undercooked! Most of the bowl tasted off. I even got a terrible stomachache & diarrhea! I will never come back to this location. I will stick to the two locations in Orange which I’ve never had a problem with & who have better reviews!
