The lady with the glasses gives you extremely low portions, even when you tell her to add more she will add a little bit like it was a lot , and she will do it with an attitude too , i felt like i was getting this for free , like am begging for it … so i asked her what days she work there. I just wanted to avoid her , she said Saturdays … not eating chipotle at Saturdays any more

I don't know who is giving the order to keep making smaller and smaller burritos, but it is happening across the board. Paying extra and receiving less is not necessary anymore. We are past the COVID restrictions and you can return to normal.
I'll start promoting/buying other food that hasn't been commercialized. You've changed since you got big.

Wow never had this bad of an experience with Chipotle. Customer service was bad she looked like she didn't want to be there in the first place. Small portions my bowl that I got looked like a kids meal. N that's with all the extra stuff I got on it (guacamole and cheese.) To top it off no fork and no napkins. I had to stop by 711 to get that.

Horrible! I got a bowl & the white rice was undercooked! Most of the bowl tasted off. I even got a terrible stomachache & diarrhea! I will never come back to this location. I will stick to the two locations in Orange which I’ve never had a problem with & who have better reviews!

When I tried to use points to get chips and guac, Maria had a lot of attitude and she even hit the table. She seemed angry and annoyed the whole time and was even sighing. Tbh Not worth it, the chips were stale. the man that helped us out with the food, was okay, but rushed, he put cheese on my wife’s bowl without her even asking for it. They need to step it up.

I truly wish there was an option to rate 0, otherwise I would. This location is completely disappointing and no where near compares to the Chipotle in Placentia! Rude with horrible customer service, smaller portions and the food doesn't even taste fresh! This location gets a ZERO STAR review for me across the board!

I visited this location at 11:50 AM, and once again, I was disappointed. I come here because it's the closest to me, but every time, they are incredibly stingy even with items that don’t cost extra. When I politely ask for just a little more, I’m met with attitude. On top of that, I’ve had issues with the food not being hot. Chipotle needs to step up its game, or it will keep losing customers. As for me, this location has officially lost my business.
