Chipotle Mexican Grill

Every time I come here they forget my salad dressing. I asked twice and had a full bag of food so I guess I should’ve checked. This is why I don’t come here anymore. My salad is dry, thanks. And we spent $50 in food. Never again!

This is consistently the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Rice was somehow crunchy and undercooked this last time. It’s never clean when you’re ordering. I’m honestly impressed how bad it’s been the last couple visits.

At this store right now, on Sunday at noon, there are 5 employees: no one at the cashier, just one guy serving people, and 4 walking around with containers. We are 16 customers waiting. Awful service.

Laughably small burrito through mobile order. $11 for this?? For reference, the plate that it is on is a small side dish plate. Tried contacting store and couldn’t reach anyone. What a joke and waste of money. Mobile order here skimps me all the time, but this is atrocious.

I've been here a few times in the past few years, but this review is for a recent pick-up order, which was solid. The order was accurate, the food was good, and I had no complaints.

The Food:
I ordered a steak quesadilla for pick-up through the app, and apparently that's the only way to get one. Kinda odd, but I ain't complaining since the quesadilla was huge, had plenty of gooey cheese, and came with 3 included sides. Is it the best quesadilla ever? No. Was I thoroughly satisfied? Yes!

The Service:
I can't accurately review the customer service for a dine-in experience, but I can say the one staff member who helped me was great. He saw me looking for my order at the pick-up shelf area and asked for my name. He came back in about 30 seconds. He was friendly and courteous.

The Setting:
This location has a good amount of tables and I would consider it a medium to large size Chipotle -- good for parties of 4 to 6 people, though 7 to 10 could possibly push some tables together to make it work. Though I didn't stay, I did find it clean and well stocked.

The Conclusion:
From a pick-up order perspective, this Chipotle location delivered as promised while the food was solid. Is it the best Latino food ever? Hardly. But for a chain, it has its online orders down.

The food is good and fresh but the staff is not competent at all. Also, their prices have gone up but they have gotten extremely stingy on the meat. It’s hardly a full spoonful and it’s become consistent.

Whenever I go to Chipotle in general I don't feel like my health increases I feel like it kind of goes sideways it doesn't get better it doesn't get worse it just kind of maintain status quo which, if you really have all natural ingredients should not be the case. I actually liked this place for its quickness there's always a line and it's certainly an interesting group of people but the actual staff is pretty straightforward and fast and good at what they do it's pretty small so it's more of a grab-and-go restaurant.

Good food, many ways to combine the bowl. The service is quick and friendly. Food was good and fulfilling, the portions quite big.

Food is ok. Most of the time you get a good amount. Kids working there need to work on their customer service skills. 9pm and close at 10pm and they run out of food? Ran out of rice and chicken. Avocado mash was brown.

I am not really a big fan of chipotle up until recently when they introduced the chipotle honey chicken. I usually get a bowl from there with corn a little bit of sour cream, brown rice and the chipotle chicken and its bomb. I highly recommend it.

Everything was hot and fresh, and they gave generous portions of each item. Always ask for the vinaigrette sauce!

Chipotle has pretty standard fare at all the locations. This is a storefront location. The servers and staff are very nice. The location has a very simple interior. My only issue is I don't real care for their sauce but they can't seem to leave it off.

Went when it was very busy. They had a long line.. but it went fast.
