Done with this chipotle. The portions of you order online are always small. Today I thought I would just order in store, and it was the smallest burrito I’ve ever received. This is WITH extra rice and beans. 5” inches long. Employees are always nice here but the portions just don’t make it worth coming here

The employees often come across as having an attitude, making me feel like I'm inconveniencing them just by ordering food or asking for adjustments (such as 'more' or 'less' of an ingredient). If you don't like your job, that's fine—quit, but please don't make customers feel like they're bothering you by simply ordering from a food establishment. While many seem to be high school students, the unfriendly service is consistent even with older staff. 0 Star Service.

When it was a choice between this and McDonald’s, we thought about going hungry instead. But happy we went to Chipotle. Sometimes workers love to play their TikTok reels without headphones during their break times- but hey ho, it's an individualist society at times.
I should be able to make some beans and salad, eat at home and save money! Also what grown adult is eating McDonald’s or drinking vegetable bum water aka Coca Cola… come on lads- grow up.

I walked in today at 8:15 PM. First thing I see is a guy on the front line blowing his nose. He didn’t wash his hands, touched other things, and was walking over to serve me. I had to walk out. I’m pretty disgusted because I’ve eaten here many times. Blowing your nose in the front and in front of customers is insane to me. I don’t people should be working in kitchens if they don’t have common sense.
Hiring people with smaller hands is a nice trick until you get home and have a value sized burrito. And when I ask for normal portions you act like its going to get you in trouble, fight for you customers or lose them.
Ordered delivery through the Chipotle app because there was a deal. I got a Large chip and guacamole and they filled the chip bag halfway and the guacamole container a quarter of the way.
I’ve ordered large chips with guacamole before and I usually have at least half the bag left to finish another day but they basically gave me jack. Guacamole before has been filled to the top.
On top of that, I used Chipotle’s Pepper and they wouldn’t give me any form of refund. Horrible service. DoorDash at least would’ve refunded me half of the price.
I’ve been eating at Chipotle since bowls and burritos were $8 and this has seriously made me reconsider ever ordering from Chipotle again. This location especially always skimps and has horrible service and portion sizes.
It was a quick lunch stop in. Service was friendly, food was prompt and seating was available.
First meal Chipotle was a bowl and loved every bite . Felt like it’s quite a healthy choice for fast food.
I ordered 2 burritos and chips and guacamole. Half of the chips were stale. There was hardly any protein on my husband's burrito (he said he couldn't even taste it and might as well have gotten a veggie option). The burritos had ok flavor but nothing special. Not like Chipotle used to be.
I live less than 10 minutes away, and when I got home, the bottom of the bag had completely ripped open because the burritos were not fully wrapped and leaked bean juice all over everything inside. For $30, this was an extremely disappointing meal.
Place was a mess. They were already cleaning the dining area 2 hours before closing. The drink station was partially shut down and several tables were used as drying racks. Felt very mismanaged to be like this at 8pm (end of peak dinner rush).

This place is always busy but they're still really quick. I usually get the kids meal cuz it's a great price and a ton of food
I did mobile order and I found this burnt crumbs (I assume it’s from unclean burnt grill pan) when I open the food. Chipotle is always my one of favorite but this is very disappointing.
Employees there, really really hate their jobs. No interaction, not customer acknowledgement. They really need to talk to people. Don't just act like damn robots. On top of that, they gave me a lousy salad that I ordered. The avocado looked like 3 days old. All black on top.

I had a horrible experience eating from this location. I was disappointed and disgusted after finding a piece of raw meat in my bowl. Definitely will not be coming back to chipotle.
My steak burrito is mostly beans and rice.
