This is absolutely WORST customer service I have EVER had.It was 9:30pm on Tue night. 1/2hr before closing. They had 6 people working. Only one person was allowed to help customers. The rest were too worried about cleaning to help. The line was 5 people deep. I stood behind one customer that was there 5 minutes before me. I waited for over 10 minutes. And we did not get served. So I leftThe manager came out and saw everything. Gave change to the girl behind the counter. And just left. Everybody kept cleaning. While customers were standing waitingI asked if anybody else could help. And they said noTerrible

The hours at this location do not reflect the availability to purchase food. Arrived at this location at 9:50 and there were almost no food options. I get that employees want to go home ASAP but don’t advertise hours you are open and then fail to provide service to customers during those hours.

Forget trying to place a pick up order over the phone. Just spent 10 min talking to a robot for my order constantly having to correct it just for it to fail at the end saying “sorry I can’t help you at this time”No human would answer the phone. I was driving and wanted to expedite the pick up process by placing an order on the phone. I should not have to actually go in or place an order online for me to get my food. Just pick up the phone.
Would give more stars but I asked and paid for double meat and only received 1 1/2 meat. The guy put 2 tong full, then I asked to double it. He then only got 1 half filled scoop.

This is probably the worst chipotle I've been too. The food quality is not so good and the customer service is horrendous. Even if I asked them to repeat what they said, they'll give attitude. I've had poor customer service more than once at this place. I don't know where they get these kind of workers, I'm assuming they were hired out of desperation. Avoid this place like a plague.
