Worst site I have ever seen. Added two items from a Mom and after adding the items in the cart items allows me to proceed further to add further details. Once I add the details it told me one option is not available. It is so annoying. Requesting everyone not to refer this unless they fixed it. Now a days everyone starting their business without proper setup. This is the second time it ys happening with it.

I had an amazing experience with Chups. On a Friday I ordered the lunch special which was delicious but was little bit oily. Chups called me for feedback and upon receiving my feedback they corrected it . To verify they even provided me a complimentary order of the same dish which was not only very delicious but also had very less oil. Kudos to their customer service and feedback process.

Worst experience with Fathima Briyani @ Anaheim. We ordered. But it was ready after 3 hours of mentioned time. Don’t order to them especially when you have kids, they are not following the timings. We cannot eat lunch at our dinner time
