Nice place. Great and friendly staff. They have 5 different kitchens under one roof. Could be confusing for people. We got South Indian food, and it was great.

This review is for the Indian breakfast buffet that I tried. We came here with our friends who recommended this place. It was bit confusing with how to place the order. You do it over your phone for replenishing any of the items that you'd like. Food was decent. Liked their chutneys, sambar and drink station. All of their foods are vegetarian, not sure about vegan options.

Trash ghost kitchen with a name similar to a place down the street attempting to steal orders, truly low behavior and terrible food as a resultOrdered from hennbachi and got unseasoned chicken and steak as well as linguini noodles passed off in a stir fryAwful experience worse food

Great food. Breakfast buffet service is good. More than ambience, they are into catering and did a good job on our caterings

Ordered on Uber Eats from a place called Dirty Burger. Very misleading, advertised as a large siged Smash Burger with a Dirty Sauce.Received a tiny slider with 2 small patties, american cheese, ketchup and mayo.Very misleading and basic burger priced and advertised as gourmet burger. LIARS and hope the owners read this and change their ways. This is borline SCAM and I hope I don't get food poisoning.

Thai food easily makes it on my list of top favorite Asian cuisines. So of course I had to come to Chups Social Kitchens to try Ladda Thai and it is delicious!Let me try to explain was this place is, because, at first, I was confused myself. It's similar to a ghost kitchen concept, however, there is seating so you can stay and eat. They serve most of their customers by delivery and pick-up. However, you can come, order here and eat here as well. It's almost like a ghost kitchen virtual food court. There's many different food vendors to choose from. The menus from each food vendor are created by food content creators. Ladda Thai was created by Kat T and the only vendor I have tried, delicious. You can order through the iPad at the front of the space which gets sent to the kitchen and then you pick up your food. You can also call to place your order for pick up or find them on delivery apps. They are located in a small shopping plaza. Remember this isn't a full service restaurant. You pay and pick up your order. The interior is very casual but decent. They have a free parking lot and while small, I had no issues with parking.

Sorry for the hard review but this is a Mickey Mouse operation, the pickup area is dirty and the food (goat biryani) was stale. Do better guys.

Food was fair BUT, communication was a BIG cheat. After clearly asking and confirming entire Menu multiple times, they sent a few invoices and in last one took off Naan( the bread- Main dish to gel other items) and showed up with No Naan and smallTiny paper plates , to fit 7 items on the menu. I clearly asked and PAID for plates and utensils - I could have managed bigger compartment plates. What an embarrassment in front of my 200 guests. Would highly recommend catering from more fair and honest companey. Such a disappointment ! I feel cheated and fooled by Shilpa at CHUPS, Anaheim.

Great idea. Good selection. Tasty ! Food is freshly prepared. Cheeseburgers to Thai soup. All good.

This is a ghost kitchen forewarning. They run 8 "restaurants" out of the same place. For doordash drivers it's fine but to place an order in person is was don't a good experience. The tablet was glitchy and every other person that entered in info prior to me was showing in the auto fill history on the tablet so that's sketchy for security. Looks like this place is just opening so it's very light on theming inside. The business owners were having a meeting while I was there which was odd speaking about driving in customers and speaking about salary's of employees. Odd to do that in the lobby while you are open for business. Since I came in and placed the order, it took forever to get the food. 33 minutes to be exact, and I was the only person to come in during that time frame. The food looked great, tasted decent. In their meeting they were speaking about driving in business. Wait times need to be shorter and customer experience should be higher. I was sitting in a chair for 20 minutes, decided to stand up and one of the owners went "oh you are still here?" Then had someone check on my food that still wasn't ready. Make sure to place your order from postmates or something. Not worth it to dine in here or order for takeout yourself.

So, these guys are a ghost kitchen for like 7 different restaurants. That knowledge on its face sets the bar at a place where you know what you're asking for. Meaning- a place that has to sling out comfort food, Thai, Indian, burgers, wings, etc. can't nail everything. There's just too much variety to handle. That being said, I took a gamble and ordered spring rolls and pad ka prik (extra extra extra spicy). No spice at all on the dish. The egg rolls were just frozen guys dropped into a deep fryer and cost me nearly $9 for 4.But, the grilled cheese I ordered was an absolute abomination. Grilled? No. Cheese? Yes. Melted? No. Bacon added for an additional $1 (reasonable charge for sure). So undercooked it felt unsafe to eat. Oh, and the sauce served with my spring rolls? Ketchup.Won't be returning.
