A fantastic place for dinner. Don't let the location fool you, as soon as you walk it you're reminded of a little Trattoria in Italy. The food was outstanding and the staff was amazing and were very personable. We felt extremely catered too even though we were a large group. It's a must visit next time we're in Anaheim.

We traveled to Anaheim for a conference and decided to try Baci di Firenze on our way from the airport. We still had luggage with us and they let us place it in the back of the restaurant while we dined. Everyone without exception was so kind and welcoming. The food was exceptional. My husband and i shared a hors d' oeuvres sampler which had 3 different types of special appetizers and the entrees were delicious as well. We really didn't know which ones to choose. I had salmon with a pesto sauce and my husband had a seafood and pasta house specialty. So delicious and the accompanying bread was so tasty we took the pieces we did not eat to go. The other remarkable thing was that everyone, with rare exception, was a regular patron of the restaurant and all were greeted with open arms and smiles. We were there early but at thee conclusion of out meal there were many occupied tables. Service was great and food was exceptional. We will definitely return when back in the Anaheim area.

Haven’t been treated to such a delighted authentic Italian meal in some time, all thanks to Trip advisor. Wouldn’t have found this gem of a place whilst out here on my son’s 21st birthday trip in LA and Vegas. The team could not do enough for us, made most of the dishes from scratch with only 3 off the menu itself, so from chef to front of house and service, all fantastic. Yes it does cost a little more, but the cuisine was worth every penny as was the gratuity.

This restaurant is a wonderful romantic gem and a great opportunity to step away from the exhausting bustle of the park and have a quiet and delicious meal. All of the food was cooked to perfection and is a hearty alternative to the fried stuff in the park. We shared gnocchi and chicken marsala, and both were fantastic. Great service as well!

Such a surprisingly romantic and quality experience. It’s a little place that you might not even notice with delicious food and the best coffee and dessert. I loved the atmosphere, chianti, and lasagne!

An amazing experience all round! The food was absolutely incredible, we shared Gnocchi and veal with a side of Alfredo pasta and I could not fault 1 thing about it. Meat was tender, pasta perfectly cooked especially the gnocchi!!! A huge thank you to all the staff for being so friendly and accomodating! Thank you Jose & Cenzia for making our Experience so special!

One of, if not the, best Italian restaurants I’ve had the pleasure of dining at. It is a small, privately owned trattoria whose location belies what you find inside. Owner is the host and made us feel like valued customers. Superb service from the start of a wonderful Caesar salad with the “right” dressing and house croutons through our delicious pistachio gelato and tiramisu that was perfection. I didn’t see a pesto pasta on the menu and our server immediately offered to have a special dish made to order for me to my specs including adding mushrooms. It was the best - truly best - creamy herby garlicky sauce. My companion had fettuccine Alfredo and raved about his dinner too. We topped the evening off with two glasses of Moscado for a delightful way to end a most satisfying dinner.

We came during a break from Disney and were all very satisfied with the taste of our meals. We were a party of 6, and had to sit outside due to reservations within the next 1.5 hours for the tables inside. It was a bit chilly that day and the outside heaters provided some comfort. The only complaint we have is the price for the amount of food received. Not one person had leftovers but our bill was well over $300.

Staff was very attentive, quick with a refill of my water glass. Food was fresh, menu had a good variety. Would recommend.

This restaurant is in a "strip mall", which is ok. It has maybe 8 tables in the small inside, and maybe 5 tables in the very very small uninteresting patio. The food is decently priced, tasty, but a glass of red wine ( chianti) is either $13.00 (house!!!!!) or $15.00. This makes the wine only $4.00 less than my entree!!!!! We won't be coming back because of the cheekiness of charging way too much for a glass of wine!! Wine should add to the enjoyment of the meal, not make you sick because of the cost!!

My daughter just moved to Anaheim and we came here with her roommate the night before I was leaving to go home. All three of us have spent some time in Florence and we were excited to dine here. The food was delicious and service was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back!

Always top of the line Italian. Nothing better within Orange County. I've been to Italy many times and I feel right at home at this great restaurant.

This was the best Italian meal we’ve had since visiting Italy. I had a salad, house wine and the Linguine Baci which was wonderful. We visited in August and sat outside. We didn’t have a reservation but if you had a larger party, there were just 2 of us, you might want to call ahead.
