This is the 2nd time I tried this spot and it'll be my go-to for a quick fix from now on. I got the combo boba milk tea with popcorn chicken. Milk tea was great, the popcorn chicken was crispy, and it was all on time.

to be honest I was totally surprised. I didn't know this was going to be a ghost kitchen. Should have read the reviews before going! When going in I was stunned and didn't know what was happening,there was so many cars in this weird Sketchy area. I give the drinks a 9/10 I got the strawberry tea with 75% sugar, grass jelly,mango jelly. And Jasmin tea. I also got the brown sugar boba with extra boba and with 125% sugar.

Cool ghost kitchen. Never seen one around my neighborhood so it was cool to see something different and unique. Will come back to try other food options in the future. The strawberry matcha latte had almost no matcha in it and was very watered down. The strawberry puree is good but very sweet.

Ordered some boba tea & popcorn chicken through DoorDash. The beverages are good, would repurchase the drinks alone (the piggies are so cute!). The popcorn chicken is very flavorful but was a bit soggy upon arrival.

I got boba from here and popcorn chicken. I ordered the classic black tea. it had a strong tea flavor, and the boba was pretty good texture but could have been sweeter. I think making fresh more often would be good for them. I know places that have better boba quality, but if you care more about the tea and drinks themselves, this is fine.the popcorn chicken is good quality, good portion, but could be crispier.

This place is located in a ghost kitchen, so there’s a bunch of other food places within the same building and you order from a kiosk and get your food/drink in a locker when it’s ready.The prices were extremely high for not having an actual store or customer service. You don’t see who makes or delivers the drink. I got a crème brûlée boba drink and it wasn’t that good. It tasted watered down and the boba didn’t taste fresh. My bf and friends’ drinks were also pretty watered down. We paid at least $7 for each drink which is pretty expensive even for a place that has a nice cafe and good customer service. I didn’t try the food so I can’t say anything about that but based on their drinks, I wouldn’t buy their food.The “waiting room” / the room with the kiosks and lockers was poppin’ though; there were tons of people. I wish I asked around to see what food/drinks they were getting but it seemed like it was a lot of people’s first time there so who knows how many of them will come back. I’m not a fan of ghost kitchens after this particular experience.

The lady who served us was extremely nice and understanding. She was very patient with me while I was having trouble with the online payment process. Would definitely recommend this place not just for the boba but for the exceptional service too!
2 times I c here just to waste my time and gas, there's no way of telling which places are going to be open especially on a Friday or Saturday, a lot of the time many of the items are not available, no way to get proper customer service. This place is ridiculous.

Ordered online via DoorDash, butI got myself a jasmine green tea with lychee jelly at 100% sweetness. It was a bit on the sweeter side, but it’s still doable and no complaints. Maybe, next time, I was thinking 75% for my preference, but I still would recommend it. My partner got the watermelon green agar at 75% and it was really good. I definitely need to come in person, especially with my partner. Whoever handled my order today did an awesome job. Thank you

Almost thought we were lost but I saw the posting that it was a ghost kitchen food hub and you order on a kiosk inside. It was simple quick and easy! I LOVE the fact that I can order my favorite Thai milk tea without sugar!! It was so delicious!! Will return to try other items!
