Had fraudulent charges on my room. After notifying the front desk, they basically said deal with it not our problem. I’ve spent many nights out in hotels and never have been treated like this. Do not stay here!

We were guests at your hotel Thursday, May 22 through May 26, and I just wanted to let you know that your valet service is the most unprofessional people we’ve ever dealt with. Let me give you a timeline, Leading up to our departure, everything was fine until we woke up at 5 AM in the morning on Monday, to grab our car so we can leave to catch a flight to head back home. However, your valet staff could not locate or find our vehicle and keys. We were working with an older light skin gentleman, he was bald, and the lack of urgency he showed for us was honestly disgusting as if he put us on a back burner and decided to help everybody else because it was just him that morning. everybody was receiving their vehicles and leaving in a timely manner… except my family and I. We waited an hour until finally he did something about it, and found the car when if he would’ve just looked in the first place, we wouldn’t of missed our next set of travel. We were stuck there because your staff incorrectly tagged our rental vehicle. I do understand that it was just him when they are short-staffed in the early mornings, but he could’ve reached out to maybe a higher up or ask somebody for help so that he could try to help us locate our car as we needed to leave that day for a departure. Not only did we have our two young kids that we had waiting outside for an hour sitting on the ground at 5am because your valet staff did not care. (PLEASE CHECK THE CAMERAS) Unfortunately, we never got the help we needed so we ended up going to the front desk and whoever was working that day, I forgot to grab her name, but it was between the times of 4 AM to 6 AM on Monday morning (26th) , she made sure to let us know that valet is not Hilton’s responsibility Because they are a contracted service. Like????????? Regardless, if it’s a contracted service, they are in the hotel, which is a service that you offer… if you guys don’t want any ties to them it wouldn’t make sense for you guys to add them onto your hotel. The woman At the front desk, didn’t want to help us either because she was waiting for a call from the person in valet service to “validate” our situation…, but like I said, the valet person was not worried about us anymore so they were unable to takeoff the valet from our bill. not only does she not help us, she provided us with Useless information, And to top it all off, She refused to help us in anyway, because the valet person didn’t come and tell her himself. Are we liars? What kind of Customer service is this? At a Hilton? Really? I don’t typically do reviews, and I don’t typically reach out to businesses, but this was the worst I’ve ever experienced and I just wanted to bring it to your attention, your staff is incompetent and have no urgency or sense of Sympathy towards a mistake that they created. How can you help us???

Rice tastes old in the burrito, all the ingredients asked for wasn't in it and the most prominent ingredient in it were the red onions.

Stopped in for a couple tacos and service was quick, friendly and efficient. The workers were all smiles and conversational.Tacos had a great taste and plenty of guacamole which I enjoy. Carnitas taste well cooked and black beans tasted good mixed in.Didn’t try rice but simple white rice looked as expected for rice.I will stop in again for a couple tacos

Wow. Stayed here because of Hiltons reputation and couldn’t be more appalled with the experience. Rented three rooms for a family Disney trip. One room still had garbage, hair in the shower, and bathroom clearly not clean - and no linens on t pullout or any extras in the room. Took 2 hours to get and our kids had a meltdown. One room had no working outlets in either of the rooms (adjoining) and a whole wall didn’t have power either. Maintenance walked into the room Unannounced at 10:25pm to replace a light bulb (which we never requested). Woke the whole family up and scared us hugely and prevented us from sleeping for over an hour from the adrenaline. Hotel management was complete unhelpful and not apologetic. Will never stay here again , and will stay at the Marriott across the street or Sheraton. The location is convenient for Disneyland and east for the bus so these two alternatives will get my future dollars. Not acceptable at any price point. We travel multiple times a month for leisure or business and I’ve never had someone walk into the room unannounced or attempt to at a late hour. Maintenance in the rooms is also quite deferred.

Their employees have being on strike for more than 2 months, and seems they don't care to affect even their neighbors hotel. Today I did my check in at 2 am at the Marriott, that is just front of this Hilton, and their employees decided to start their strike at 5 am. So this tells me they don't care neither of their employees or neighbors. Never in my like would stay with the Hilton brand.

$17 for a mediocre chicken burrito. Chipotle's burritos taste way better. It was pretty soggy from all the sauce they put in it and it didn't taste all that great. The price is way too high. I expected way better tasting food with a price tag that high. I won't be coming back for sure. The server folks were nice though.

We had the 2 taco plate with carnitas. The rice is not your typical Spanish rice which was disappointing. Not as much flavor. Had to add hot sauce to it. The beans is also not refried. The carnitas is good, not great. The price was a bit high because it was in a Hilton hotel.
