The service is friendly and quick, the food is good, but most of all, it's inexpensive compared to the prices nearby due to Disneyland and big hotels. This is a great place for a filling, inexpensive breakfast before starting a long day at Disneyland.

Was in town for a conference and wanted a reasonable meal and breakfast for dinner sounded SO good. They serve breakfast ALL day.
Yes the building is a bit run down. Yes everything inside is dated. Yes the hostess/waitress is an absolute doll and gives you small town service. Yes the portions are HUGE and SO CHEAP. I am shocked that more people don't come here. If I had kids going to Disneyland I would bring...

What a wonderful find! We were looking for a local family restaurant with good food and reasonably priced and found it at Coco’s. The food was delicious! Hot and fresh. I had the cheese burger and fries and had the lumberjack breakfast. Both were fantastic. Huge portions and great food with friendly and efficient service. The pies look great but we were stuffed after our meal. Yum Yum! Dulce was our service and she was fabulous ,very attentive and pleasant. Eat here and you...
