Flavors are incredible, place is one of my favorites. I know some who have had stomach aches after this place because it’s very heavy. Highly recommended treat if that isn’t much of a problem for you. Interior is odd to say the least

Way too expensive just for one small bowl me and my boyfriend ordered two SMALL bowls and it was already $18 just including for one bowl to have yellow cake, outrageous pricing, and had better ice cream.

Overall, this place is a dump. It is not well maintained. The appearance looks like it needs a thorough cleaning as well as general maintenance. One of the rest rooms was 'out of order'. Debris on the floor. Looks like someone tried to break into the place and they barely put it back together. The ice cream was barely frozen. And they did not take gift cards, our main reason for going. What kind of operation has all of these issues and makes no attempts to rectify any of them? One that is poorly managed. Would never go back to this place again.

Came in hours before closing on a weekend - stood around in empty store for a few minutes with no employees in sight. Thankfully noticed a sign that said they couldn’t accept giftcards, which is what we had to come to use up, so we left. Place is dark with flickering lights and no one around to serve.

The brownie was burnt . The cashier was amazing though changed it many time still the same burnt taste

Great experience

Had the worst experience at this location. We got there 5-10 min before closing, the staff was so rude, and had already put away most of the toppings. And for $9 for a small, we got jipped. And good luck trying to get a hold of management. They are unreachable, and no one ever picks up the phone. Never again.

The ice cream is delicious. There is a wide variety of choices-something for all the dessert lovers in your group, places is clean and the staff is professional, friendly and good at slinging ice cream. And you can’t be the location. Great place to get a treat after a hard day of enjoying the parks.

I love the fact that it is so close to my house that I can always take it to go. This store is alway clean and the staff are friendly. It’s in a great location as well. It’s right across from IN N OUT for one and across from the movie theater. BEST ICE CREAM EVER ‼️

Ice cream is always good at Coldstones and so many flavours to choose from as well as different types of cones and sweets to mix in with your choice of ice cream. We had strawberry with Oreo cookies. The reason I only gave it 4 stars and not 5 as when we went to the one in Dubai the staff made a show out of blending the ice cream with your choice of sweets and throwing it in the air like they were making a cocktail. However, the service was quick and efficient

I don't know how its possible to ruin ice cream but congrats Cold Stone you have succeeded. Ice cream was the worst thing I have ever had the misfortune of tasting.In addition half your lights inside are off, terrible dark atmosphere that looks like you are closing down. Your seats, the cushions are torn to shreds with exposed cushions. Every single seat I tried to sit in had expletives carved into them and worse.Have some respect and dignity for how you present yourself. This is the worst run down establishment I have ever seen.
