I love this place!I'm just here for a week visiting and working. And even though I have a beautiful Airbnb, it's still nice to get out and see other people while getting work done. This place had delicious food and almost ridiculously friendly customer service. The employees remember you and say hi and ask how it's been going, even after a couple days. And there are lots of tables inside and on the patio. You never feel pressured to hurry up and go. A perfect place to get some work done and get some delicious food and coffee!

Jennifer was amazing!!! We need more customer service like this!! She offered and helped me beyond expectation. I didn’t know the menus well enough and she was so patient, accommodating, and informative! Normally one would say, “no! We don’t have that.” Or “ No, we don’t do that!” She not only said “We can” but also “how about this instead?” GREAT service!

I ordered the seasonal item, orange cranberry Bundt cake. Gosh, it was rock hard, and I bet it's been sitting out for at least three days. A total waste of money.
The Cobb salad they had brought out had rotten avocados in it. It tasted like not even close to the freshest ingredients. The staff were rude and not friendly. They didn't have good any clean silverware so they gave plastic ware. We asked for silverware and the lady said no sorry we don't have any because then Id have to do the dishes. Overall a bad experience of Panera bread

Another reviewer said it...this place has gone down hill. It took more than 5 minutes to place the order at the front. They brought our food and it seemed Iike the smallest portions ever (my husband and I were still hungry at the end...). They also told me they ran out of potatoes after we had sat down and just gave me a fruit side. How do you run out of potatoes during breakfast?? I had ordered an over easy egg for my daughter and they came back saying they don't make over easy eggs. So, why would they let me order it!? Also, it was so empty here...not like it used to be. Needless to say, we won't be coming back.

Wow, this place has really gone down hill. I ordered the Harvest Salad for inside. It came in to go box. Had to pore my dressing, impossible to toss the salad in that box. Order took long time. They forgot toast.

I haven't eaten at Corner Bakery in years. We enjoyed it when they initially opened. The meal was of excellent quality and taste. Unfortunately, we had yet another bad day today. I placed my purchase online for a 12:15 pick up. At 12:45, my order was finally ready. During my wait, the bathroom and dining room were filthy and chaotic. Employees were dazed and perplexed. Customers were clearly dissatisfied with the wait for their food, incorrect orders, and take-out orders that did not include everything they ordered. As a result, I had little hopes that they would get my extremely large purchase right. When they called my name, I asked the employee to go through my order with me to make sure nothing was missing. Not only were several items missing, but the salads were placed on the bottom, with the hot food on top. Why do rookies always make this mistake? At home, no one wants a hot or ruined salad. Please keep in mind that when you order online, the costs are greater than when you order in the restaurant. That is something I discovered today as well. I have a couple gift cards that I need to redeem before they close their doors. I don't see how a restaurant with such bad food quality and inconsistent service can stay in business. Consumers are aware, and when you pay $14 for a meal, you expect the bread to be toasted, not a slice of meat on the side. They have eliminated the pickle, the Corner Bakery branded kettle chips, the dinner roll with the salads and the croutons on top of the soup. Another one has perished! I'll just be back to use these gift cards.
