Quality has gone WAY down since they opened a few years ago. We would always crave the brisket quesadilla, and the past few times it hasn’t hit the same. Most recently we got the spinach artichoke dip and it came out cold and basically curdled. Cocktails have gotten smaller and way sweeter too. Guess they’ve shifted their focus to Villains and expanding to more locations 😒

Quite disappointed coming back to this BBQ joint after a few years. Used to have good food and nice vibes. But for today (Friday) lunch, there was only ONE server. Despite the guy working hard, it’s insufficient to serve 10-12 tables at lunch time. Most of us had to wait and tried flagging him down for service. Plus, the problem with restroom and odor that others have brought up previously did NOT get addressed. One of the men’s toilet is still backed up and the foul smell hits you as you walk in past the bar area.
The brisket and beef back ribs were dried. Only the beef short ribs were tender and juicy.
Be mindful that there is a 3% Service Charge automatically added to the bill.
Will probably be going to Smoke Queen or SmoKING Ribs instead from now on.

Second location of Craft S&F I tried. I loved the location and ambiance of this location. Service was excellent and the food is amazing as always. A great place for halal bbq. All halal meat menu - beef and chicken. Mostly I am not able to find good bbq beef ribs here in California, but this location had it and it was really good. I will go there again for sure.

I recently visited Craft by Smoke and Fire, and it was my first time trying smoked meat. Although the smoky flavor isn’t exactly my personal taste, I have to say the cooking and doneness were excellent. You can tell they really know what they’re doing in the kitchen.

If you enjoy smoked meats, this place is definitely worth a try.

Genuinely the best American Texas BBQ ever!
I came all the way from Montreal to try Craft by Smoke and Fire, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment I walked in, the experience was incredible. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and you can feel the passion they put into everything. And honestly — the general manager is the GOAT. His energy and hospitality take the whole place to another level.

The BBQ itself is unreal. This is genuinely the best American Texas-style BBQ I’ve ever had. The meat is tender, smoky, juicy, and full of deep, authentic flavor. Every bite hits perfectly.

If you’re into BBQ, this place is an absolute MUST. Amazing people, unbelievable food, and an experience worth traveling for. Highly, highly recommended!

The food is ok the service not so good. It was a cold rainy day Friday and they had a door open that lead to the patio it was freezing in there. I also think that it was open because when you walk in the bar is to the right and the bathroom is straight ahead there was a weird gross smell by the bar. Anyway I tried it and that will be all for me.

The food was delicious BBQ. The 2 for 1 happy hour drinks were a fun perk with a good selection, though the craft drinks seemed a bit short on the alcohol vs very sweet mixers. All in all, it was a good meal.

Great food, but subpar service. It's also very noisy so it's hard to hold a conversation.

My family and I were there for a celebration, and we were not disappointed. Great food and great service. Thank you!

Every time my husband and I travel to California we always come here for the delicious food here.

We celebrated my husband's birthday here a couple of days ago. We had 10 in our party and they were able to easily accommodate the large party. The food was fantastic, we ordered The Last Supper and it easily fed all 10 of us. Every piece of meat was amazing ... the tomahawk steak was perfectly grilled at medium rare. Our waiter was attentive and very personable. Hands down 5 stars across the board. Highly recommended and will definitely return!

This was my first time at this restaurant, and I was blown away by how kind and attentive the staff were. I brought my dog with me, and before we even ordered, they brought her a grilled hamburger patty—just because they “wanted to make sure everyone got fed.” That small gesture set the tone for the whole evening. We were catching up with friends over dinner and ended up staying for several hours. Not once did we feel rushed. Multiple staff members checked in on us throughout the night, refilling drinks and water with genuine warmth and care. The food was absolutely delicious—highly recommend the brisket tacos! Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. Between the amazing service, the pet-friendly vibe, and the great food, this place has definitely earned a repeat visit from me. Can't wait to come back!

Was excited to check this place out. Nice outdoor patio. Inside smelled like it was cleaned with dirty mop water. The smell gave me the vibe the place isn't being cleaned properly. The food was decent though all the smoked meats we ordered came well done. Certainly won't go out of my way to eat here again...,

This place is really nice. However, the food, specifically the ribs and brisket, were extremely salty. Didn't like the chard brocollini. Wish the food was better because we were so excited to find a place with pretty much beef everything 😕

Food was Ok not the best but not the worst I've ever had. It was quite hot that day and the AC in the building is not great as it is an old building and apparently a historical landmark. Due to the temperature in the building not the most comfortable dining experience I've had. Our server Mikayla (I'm pretty sure that was her name) was amazing and did a great job keeping our water full and cold with lots of ice. On a cooler day maybe inside or even on the outside patio could be a fun dining experience.
