Very good establishment. I will be back to try more menu items. Everything I ordered was delicious.
They were completely out of most smoked meats, I had made a reservation and drove all the way from San Diego. I was expecting the restaurant to release call and let me know.
The food came out cold. The Mac n cheese was super al dente and had no flavor at all. The corn tasted bitter. The potato salad was alright (not much flavor). They had no corn bread so the substituted it for Hawaiian rolls. We got a family deal that was supposed to feed 6-8 people but they only gave us 4 Hawaiian rolls. The meat to fat ration was crazy. The meat was basically 70% fat and every little meat. The waitress barely acknowledged us. The bill was over $200 for the most mid BBQ.
This was a great place for a large party. Recommend the last supper and the potato skins are out of this world! We were a large group so we did have difficulty getting drinks refilled in a timely manner but the food and atmosphere and location were great! Highly recommend!
It was okay but most of their dishes are FUSION style and it's American FUSION, like Mac n cheese, fries, melted cheese, on a brisket sand-which smushed between Texas toast. Not truly a pit style BBQ spot unless you're ordering a large platter or an ala carte of bbq and sides and even then it adds up. I wouldn't come again, but if you want to try a zingy bbq spot, this is cool. The staff, the service and ambiance is what won this spot for me. I could go without the food.
The food is amazing and very reasonably priced for what you get. It is quite loud in the restaurant, but its a young crowd with lots of tvs. The bar and bartender are solid. We got the mid level platter and everything was delicious: the NY Steak, the short rib, the chicken, the brisket, the tri tip, it was all fantastic. We actually ordered a 2nd NY because it was that special, even though we were stuffed. All of the sides are good, they are small and while none are amazing, you wont care because you want room for the meats and they are spectacular.
I went to the place to try one of the delicious looking burgers only to find out - at 645 pm- that they were out of burgers. Seriously? Cheesesteak? Nope out of that too. The food we got (brisket which was the wrong order but I ate it and grilled chicken salad ) were acceptable. But sure was a disappointment The only positive was the nice waitress (as opposed to the surly not competent waiter) brought us two shots on the house Not sure how often they don't have burgers at 645 but I'd call before going if I were you.
Quality has gone WAY down since they opened a few years ago. We would always crave the brisket quesadilla, and the past few times it hasn’t hit the same. Most recently we got the spinach artichoke dip and it came out cold and basically curdled. Cocktails have gotten smaller and way sweeter too. Guess they’ve shifted their focus to Villains and expanding to more locations 😒

It was absolutely freezing in the restaurant!! The bathrooms were in major need of cleaning. The food was pretty good - although the TRI tip was a little dry. And the food got cold quickly because of the temperature in the restaurant!
Quite disappointed coming back to this BBQ joint after a few years. Used to have good food and nice vibes. But for today (Friday) lunch, there was only ONE server. Despite the guy working hard, it’s insufficient to serve 10-12 tables at lunch time. Most of us had to wait and tried flagging him down for service. Plus, the problem with restroom and odor that others have brought up previously did NOT get addressed. One of the men’s toilet is still backed up and the foul smell hits you as you walk in past the bar area.
The brisket and beef back ribs were dried. Only the beef short ribs were tender and juicy.
Be mindful that there is a 3% Service Charge automatically added to the bill.
Will probably be going to Smoke Queen or SmoKING Ribs instead from now on.

Not familiar with Anaheim, I googled the best sit down restaurants. I am so glad we chose Craft By smoke and fire. Best meal I've ever eaten!
Second location of Craft S&F I tried. I loved the location and ambiance of this location. Service was excellent and the food is amazing as always. A great place for halal bbq. All halal meat menu - beef and chicken. Mostly I am not able to find good bbq beef ribs here in California, but this location had it and it was really good. I will go there again for sure.

I recently visited Craft by Smoke and Fire, and it was my first time trying smoked meat. Although the smoky flavor isn’t exactly my personal taste, I have to say the cooking and doneness were excellent. You can tell they really know what they’re doing in the kitchen.
If you enjoy smoked meats, this place is definitely worth a try.

Genuinely the best American Texas BBQ ever!
I came all the way from Montreal to try Craft by Smoke and Fire, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment I walked in, the experience was incredible. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and you can feel the passion they put into everything. And honestly — the general manager is the GOAT. His energy and hospitality take the whole place to another level.
The BBQ itself is unreal. This is genuinely the best American Texas-style BBQ I’ve ever had. The meat is tender, smoky, juicy, and full of deep, authentic flavor. Every bite hits perfectly.
If you’re into BBQ, this place is an absolute MUST. Amazing people, unbelievable food, and an experience worth traveling for. Highly, highly recommended!

The food is ok the service not so good. It was a cold rainy day Friday and they had a door open that lead to the patio it was freezing in there. I also think that it was open because when you walk in the bar is to the right and the bathroom is straight ahead there was a weird gross smell by the bar. Anyway I tried it and that will be all for me.
