The amount of chips with the fundido was about a serving for one. By the time a refill arrived, the queso was cold. Food for some of our party came out much later than the first servings. Incredibly loud.

Was looking forward to the brisket plates- but we actually couldn't eat them because of the excessive salt - oh my goodness what a disappointment! We ordered the waffle fries as a side and they were completely cold and soggy. We were given one little container of chimicurri as we requested but even drowning the brisket in it couldn't redeem it from the saltiness. Everything had to be discarded!

What a fun place to visit! Great food with heaping portions. Mario was an awesome server who took great care of us. He made sure we had had prompt service and he never let our drinks run dry.Speaking of drinks- these cocktails are so fun! I'm a Harry Potter junkie so had to do the sorting hat cocktail. Highly recommend....great value for the price.
This place has limited option compared to other branchesThe meat is tender, I love it. If you get any meat sandwich, it’s better to opt out the cheese because the breads are very greasy due to the cheese and the meat oil togetherWhen I eat here, I usually give long break because grease level kills my appetite

Its decent BBQ drinks are great also the atmosphere wouldnt take the kids so much but I would take a date there for sure. Its BBQ but not a BBQ Joint its a BBQ restaurant if that makes sense. No pork only beef which was just ok.

Good: Food is excellent. Service was excellent.Bad: Hidden "Service Fee" added to check which is not gratuity. 3% fee added even if paying with cash. No matter how good the food is, I won't be back until they drop the hidden "Service Fee" and just raise prices on the menu instead.

We were attended by Julia:) her customer service was outstanding , we definitely felt welcomed! We had the All Smoke Platter, it had a bit of everything and it was delicious, and you MUST try the Short Rib Birria Quesadilla, Thanks Julia for suggesting the appetizer! We also had their amazing cocktails, Tequila Mockingbird and Mambacita. Highly recommended this place :)

As usual, Craft by Smoke and Fire was the perfect after-work place for a group. We were on the patio so the noise level was pretty low, the heaters kept us warm even though it was a chilly evening. The food and cocktails were good and the staff can't be beat - friendly, helpful and efficient.
