We went evening of 8/5. Family of 4. 1. We along with another group in front of us, had to wait approx 5 min at the front check in desk before anyone even noticed us and asked how many in our parties for seating. While the bar appeared busy, the dining room was not. 2. Our server was nice with her introduction and brought our our drinks and appetizer promptly. 3. She disappeared after that and we rarely saw her, let alone did she visit our table. We saw another server hustling from table to table the whole time. But not ours. 4. Someone else brought us our entrees. Since our server was not around, we let him know we were in need of refills. A manager-type person or host then came over and brought us our refills. 5. Our server came by and maybe checked on us once. 6. When it was time to leave, she was still nowhere to be found so we asked a bus boy to let her know we were in need of the check. A few minutes later she came over and we paid on the spot. 7. There was live music this evening but it was deafening loud. We saw a family ask to be moved outside because they couldn't take it. 8. The food was good. No complaints on that front. I think we will go back to the Placentia Craftman's next time. We've never had a problem at that location.

Tonight, some friends of mine were hired to play music at Craftsman. I ended up going alone and waited for about 10 minutes to be approached by the host. When he did finally walk over to the host stand, I told him I was alone and he looked in to the bar, which was full. There were numerous small tables open that lead down the middle of the dining room, which is where I wanted to sit to see the band. I pointed to them but he told me he couldn't seat me there as I was alone. He went on to say this was due to limited staff, which didn't appear to be the case but even so, it was hard to see why that was an issue. There were booths open for the people that were now gathered behind me and even with that group, the tables weren't going to be full. He then went on about reservations, which seemed odd as it's not the type of place where people book reservations. Bottom line, if you find yourself eating out alone, this place is probably best avoided. Tell a friend.

Wowzers !! This ended up being a third choice after two other restaurants didnt work out (dietary restrictions and hours). I had the aristotle pizza with all the chicken on one side, but you xould barely see it. For an appetizer we had the sweet potato chips with pumpkin dip. It was like eating candy, perfectly sweet, creamy, and crispy. And it was only $5!! I will definitely return.

Only been here 2X since the new concept - both in the last 2 weeks. This is now one of my favorite places to hang out & have some good food. So far, had BBQ chicken pizza on cauliflower crust (so good!), fried green bean app, sweet potato chips, wedge salad, & the Frisco patty melt (those last two were entrees for my wife & I). All great. And early bird specials that are good values. This is a new favorite for us!!!

Horrible service here. No one EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. Why do you have a phone? You screw up my order and can't even pick up your phone. 3 different days i called and no one answers. What kind of unprofessional business do you run. Either hire more people or have someone ANSWER THE PHONE like every other legitimate establishment.

Food was pretty good. Service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!! Was there for over 2 1/2 hours. No waitress to be found. No one to clear the table. No one to get a check from. Not very crowded either. Needed to send meals back that were wrong. Waited over 30 minutes to get them correct. No manager, just a kitchen manager to talk to who explained that they were using a new system that they weren't trained on. Cooks were standing around, however, we were waiting on dessert that never came. Not a great place to go for a birthday dinner!

The whole family of grandma and daughter and granddaughter and grandsons were here for the fourth of July weekend. The food was great. My grandson Skyler worked there and served us.
Just awesome! Great staff! Great food! Great beer! Warm and fuzzy!

My little local restaurant. Their strawberry basil mule is to die for! I can chug 4 in a row they are dangerous! Some of the best meatballs i have ever had! Not your traditional marinara meatballs these ones absolutely demolish them! The only reason this isn't 5 start is because while I was dining i noticed an employee clearly off the clock having and after work dinner and drink which absolutely i support working in the restaurant industry and all , what I dont support is vaping at the bar seat in the restaurant you work at. He thought he was being slick but clearly was not. Like I said everything else was a 5 star experience just cracking down on certain employees that take advantage of management is all that's needed.
