They lied about a free shake with any purchase cupon on the app..the cashier kept on scaning and then said I dont understand he basiclly didnt honor it😮so i just got my burrito by itself no shake.they lost me I've been coming here 4times a week for a long time! but now im not.

Sat in line waiting to order at the drive through for almost 10 minutes, until the guy behind me parked got out, went inside, then asked the person behind him to back out, all 4 people in the drive thru backed out and left, while employees were running out to the parking lot to get things from their cars and no one was taking orders.

Lost all hope for this restaurant the older man who claims to be a manager but doesn't wear a name tag is very lazy and incompetent when it comes to online orders and the procedure's other locations take when preparing these. He's also rude to customers and the cleanliness in this store is beyond disgusting. They are mad when you use the app because of the deals but refuse to provide quality clean and efficient service I will never return to this location every again and do the same trust me it's night and day at other locations compared to here.
5/14/2025 = 1 Star = 1st time to buy here , and I used the drive thru , when I'm ordering in the speaker the guy is so rude , I ask his name and he said his name is Carlos , but when I see my Receipt his name is Martin. I don't want him to get fired but he need a suspension for being rude. A rare give a bad review but this is so bad , maybe I will try again or go to other branch . Sorry , I don't recommend this branch .

Customer service was very very rude unlike his name Angel. I think he carried the wrong name. I placed an order on the app, refused to search for the order under my name for my arriving too late to pick up my order. I lost my money for the order, but l will not buy from Del Taco again even if l like their food.
