This was my first Del Taco experience and it definitely did not disappoint. My Taco and burrito were both yummy!! I'll never be able to eat at the other Taco franchise again. Luckily, a town over from here is getting a Del taco and I'll gladly drive the distance for them.

Ordered on the app to save time and ended up waiting in the drive through forever because it was moving sooooooo slow. And when I finally got to the window after a long wait, my order wasn't even ready. Like, what? There were more than 30 minutes to have my order ready. And they STILL missed my fries and sauce so I had to pull back around and wait again in the drive through. Seriously such a waste of time. This was between 12:30am and 1:15am on a Thursday night. Yes, it took that long collectively. I tried knocking on the door to get someone's attention so I could just walk in and grab my missing items but they just looked at me and ignored me. I understand that it was busy, but there was so much time to have my order prepared and ready correctly. I intentionally order on the app so that they can read my order and so there's no room for drive-through errors or miscommunication because of speaker static, etc. I can't believe I waited around 45 minutes for fast food when I preordered. When I finally picked up my fries that were missing, they threw in an extra fry. I appreciate the gesture but an extra fry is not going to give me my time back.
