They just don't know how to make proper omelet. Even when there is no customers inside on a work day in the morning, they will not properly saute and carmelize the onion and tomato, and instead, serve you fresh uncooked tomatoes and onions inside eggs and call it an omelet. Even if you ask them that you want them a little browned, but not burnt, they won't even understand what you are talking about.

Ordered sirloin (medium) and eggs (sunny side). Steak came back well-done, but honestly, it was the best, most tender well I've ever had, so no complaints there. The eggs tho... yikes! They couldn't even fully cook them. The whites were still runny and bubbly. My 7 year old nephew could make better eggs than them! The irony, cooking the steak too long and the eggs not long enough lol.
