Same location, same crappy service. If you can see that the drink is leaking in the bag when you hand it to the customer, take it out of the bag and either offer to remake or at the very least reseal it! I honestly wish I could give this place a no-star review but 1 is the minimum.

Service was super slow. Location was pretty run down and dirty. I asked for my Jasmine milk tea to be made with oat milk but that was clearly not used. My drink tastes extremely like whole milk!

Drinks are ok, but customer service not the best. I had a buy 2 get 1 free promotion code but they didn’t want to honor it even tho it hadn’t expired, according to them that promotion was a glitch in the system and that’s why the couldn’t do it. Really!!! If it was a glitch in the system how come it was in their tablet when I signed in.

What's the point of sending a text message stating that there's a promotion for buy 2 get 1 free if it doesn't even exist? Is this business literally doing April Fools during September?? What kind of business scams its customers? Driving all the way to the location just to be informed they can't honor their OWN text message for the deal, insisting that it ended 09/12 when it literally shows ends 09/13. What a joke, next time don't create deals. Will never come back

Scammers :( why they lying?!!!!!!!!! I came all the way to get the promo but they told me they won't honor it for no apparent reason. The text message below shows that it was still valid for today (9/13/23) but they didn't give a reason but simply dismissed us. I entered my phone no. and the reward on their system shows it's still valid. So sad and disappointed if their drinks were good I would still get their drinks without the promotion.
there was a promotion text that was sent saying there is a buy two get one free deal that ends on 9/13 so we went to ding tea for the deal that day but when i went to order the worker says the deal has already ended and that even though the tex that was sent out says 9/13 he can't apply the deal to our order. even when i entered my phone number for the rewards it says the buy two get one free promo ends in 3 hours so it should still be valid. they just scammed us out of the promotion. this hasn't been the first time this has happened either. they should stick to what they say. this is so unprofessional.

Received the promotion buy 2 get 1 free since it's their 5th year anniversary but when I came to the store they said there was a system glitch and couldn't honor the promotion. So disappointed. Been coming here since day one. Don't send out promotion if you can't honor them. The drinks were okay. I'll go somewhere else from now on.

tea was okay. not as good as i was hoping. their typical teas (black, jasmine, etc) are better tasting than their yogurt or fruit teas

We just returned from this Ding Tea. They screwed up our order. My wife ordered a Lychee Green Tea and the employee read back Jasmine Green Tea? My wife repeated it, "No, Lychee Green Tea." The employee still got it wrong!!When we got home, we noticed that it was the wrong tea. I called them to see if they could make it right. They said there's nothing they could do. I'm like, "Are you serious?" We've been longtime customers and it's a minor fix. They refused. I will never return to this Ding Tea for terrible customer service!
