First time here. Compared to the Costa Mesa they charge for no ice .75 cents, maybe just give less tea. For two large drinks it came out to $18 instead of my usual $14. Only reason we came here was they close late at 11pm.

I ordered the coconut coffee boba and let me tell you… I was spiritually unprepared. The first sip tasted like a tropical vacation and a Monday-morning slap in the face had a baby. The coconut said “relax,” the coffee said “wake up,” and the boba said “SURPRISE, I’M HERE TOO.”
The drink was so good I considered proposing to the cup. The barista probably saw me staring at it lovingly but didn’t judge—which I appreciated.
10/10 would come back and let this drink ruin my sleep schedule again.

Such a great place!! The gentleman that took our order was so kind and helpful. We ordered the matcha latte and the signature milk tea and it is perfect!! Will be coming back next time I’m in town. Thank you!!!!

Went to get some drinks… none of the touch screens were working and apparently the 2 kids working there had no idea. I’ve been told to wait a second while they were talking to each other and probably cracking jokes …
Been looking for a good place to get milk tea, and this place didn't disappoint. Plenty of options for any mood. If you can get there when they serve bahn mi, it is really good. They also have a couple of small bites as well that are really good too.
