DW’s has been a staple with our family since 80’s. Even though we have all moved away, we always make sure to come back when we are in town. Demetra, Chad and their staff always make you feel like you are coming home and their sandwiches can’t be beat. The bread is always soft and fresh, bacon is crispy and there is always plenty of their famous dressing. Don’t forget to top it off with one of their cherry cokes.
Best sandwich shop in SoCal. I've been coming here for 25 years and the recipes are consistent. Staff is very welcoming. Favorites are the tuna melt, green chili melt, turkey, and pizza sub. Fantastic bread and zesty sandwich dressing they're famous for. They also have ice cream.
DW’s is the best! The staff is warm and friendly. The sandwiches are delicious, the roast beef club is my personal favorite. You can’t go wrong with bacon, avocado and roast beef. The bread is soft and fluffy and stays that way to the last bite. Oh and the dressing is a must! It’s one of those neighborhood sandwich shops that have been around for as along as you can remember and as soon as you eat there you understand why!
