I went through the drive thru, and I ordered a chicken breast. It was very small, with hardly any skin, which is where all the seasoning is at. It was also very dry. I've been to several Pollo Locos near me, and their quality has gone down. The chicken is always dry, no matter what I order, bowls, salads, or combo meals. I rarely go to any of their locations anymore because this keeps happening. I thought I'd try again, but I think I'm done with them. Sadly, I use to love their restaurant

I walked into El Pollo Loco off Anaheim Blvd and Ball. I was kindly greeted by Karen. She took my order with a smile and went above and beyond her expertise. It's nice when you walk into a friendly environment, it makes you feel welcome. I'll be back
