I walked into El Pollo Loco off Anaheim Blvd and Ball. I was kindly greeted by Karen. She took my order with a smile and went above and beyond her expertise. It's nice when you walk into a friendly environment, it makes you feel welcome. I'll be back
I love this place. The big smiles and kind service here are amazing and it's just as cool as the one on Harbor location. The staff are a big part of why I keep coming back.
I recently had one of the best fast food experiences I've had in years. Not only only was Karen attenditive to my questions, but she let me modify my order after I was still confused with what I wanted. Food was great and service was quick, all thumbs up.
