Food was really good and the first location to actually serve double chicken on a double chicken tostada. We ate inside and the tables were okay, not the cleanest but not dirty. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper and you needed a code to get in which meant you had to wait in a long line at the counter just to ask for one and disturb the employees who were busy having their conversations with each other. A homeless person walked in and filled from the the soda fountain...

I had a wonderful experience at El Pollo Loco around 12:45 PM. There was a young lady working who was absolutely amazing—unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. She was incredibly friendly, very helpful, and had a great attitude. She helped a customer entering the restroom, assisted people with their tables, and even managed the back area before coming back to the cash register. And helped me .
