I just went through the El Pollo Loco drive-thru, asked for juicy chicken, and got served dark, dry, crusty chicken that was absolutely disgusting. I had to throw it away. On top of that, when I called to address the issue, I spoke with Erica, who was extremely rude and dismissive. Terrible customer service and even worse food!

Worst el pollo loco I’ve ever been tooo the staff is rude and disrespectful they mess up and order and I nicely ask for them fix it and they act like it’s not they’re fault instead of apologizing they get defensive didn’t get his name but short Hispanic guy was who i dealt with after I clearly showed he is wrong he still want to act like he wasn’t just embarrassing how these kids are now a days no respect

My husband use to eat here almost 40 years ago lol. I remember this restaurant but never thought about going here. Now that we are empty nesters, we take turns every week to cook for eachother. Because of my work schedule I have to order and needed to find a restaurant that taste like home cook meal. So I decided to order from El Pollo loco.. I don't know why I never came here but this was the best decision I made. Don't ever think it's the same as rotisserie chicken you get for cheap at other grocery stores. This is FAR from it!!!! El Polli Loco shot up to be my top fast food restaurant because of the delicious sides and chicken cooked on that rotating thing .. BIG DIFFERENCE !!! Don't take my word, tey it yourself . 🩵 definitely coming back for more!!

El Pollo Loco is by far my favorite fast food for many reasons. . They prepare some of the best tasting food that are fresh and tasty. Love their lchicken tostada bowl and of course their crazy chicken. Fresh Taste, value price and service in a spotlessly clean environment and staffed by some fine professionals in the service industry.
At this location, Sebastian the manager sets the standards here and he is all about making his customers happy and we happily go back. Thank you guys for cooking for us and serving us with smiles. The Best!!!!
