I always request creamy cilantro and I don’t mind paying the extra charge. I got home and noticed it wasn’t inside the bag. I called them and told them and they kept asking for receipt which she didn’t give me because I paid with Apple Pay. She had attitude and rolled her eyes.

El Pollo loco has good food. I would give five stars but some locations AC doesn't work well and they don't take care of cleaning and wiping down tables in the dining room.

Same issue twice *system problems transaction goes through, we showed them our banking details they said system down, no food ,money will be refunded talk to your bank- no customer skills . I do not recommend this location Beach and Ball.
