I spent $$45 on a 12 pack of chicken only for them to forget our gravy for the mashed potatoes and the chicken isn’t even chopped into separate pieces. It’s all still connected. Definitely gonna choose a different location next time.

This is the worst El Pollo Loco I've ever dealt with. Alicia has the nastiest customer service etiquette. Tried to verify my Door Dash order and she just talking over me and speaking to me as if I was stupid. If I could give her negative stars, I would.

Our family has been coming to this pollo loco location for many years! And have always had the best customer service but especially from Maria! We even say let's go get pollo de Maria! She makes you feel like family, like you're having pollo loco in her own home. Shes very welcoming and even greets her customers by name. She gets to know everyone especially her regulars. The food is always perfect and the restaurant is always clean. We want to thank pollo loco and Maria for always giving us the best food & the best customer service! Thank You!
