Our family has been coming to this pollo loco location for many years! And have always had the best customer service but especially from Maria! We even say let's go get pollo de Maria! She makes you feel like family, like you're having pollo loco in her own home. Shes very welcoming and even greets her customers by name. She gets to know everyone especially her regulars. I always request creamy cilantro and I don’t mind paying the extra charge. I got home and noticed it wasn’t inside the bag. I called them and told them and they kept asking for receipt which she didn’t give me because I paid with Apple Pay. She had attitude and rolled her eyes.
