I have never encountered such rude and stupid fast food workers in my life. Came in today and bought $40 worth of food. These morons served me burnt beans. The taste was awful and so I went to the counter to bring this up to whoever decided to assist me. The lady who took my order (an anorexic looking latina who wears glasses) asked what I needed. I repeated my issue to her three times and this monkey of a woman repeated if I received everything I order like a broken record. It's only until I told that idiot "These beans taste burned can I get new beans" is when I finally got served a new order of beans. I've come here a couple of times and it's always that same idiot of a woman that never knows hows to deliver good service.I RECOMMED NO ONE COME HERE. AVOID THIS PLACE WHICH IS OBVIOUSLY FULL OF IDIOTS.

Very bad service, the manager on duty Marily García very reluctantly and in a bad mood serves the customers.We ordered the food and additionally we ordered chips and guacamole for $5.29 + tax, the chips were old, I asked them to change them and they gave them to me raw, we said we didn't want them anymore, he wanted to return the money, but he was only going to return $3.19 because We supposedly ate some guacamole… he made us return it and threw it in the trash!

This was not a pleasant place. Ordered what I always order they didn’t give me my chips nor my drink. I asked for creamy cilantro the girl said it’s 47¢ for it, what the hell Pollo Loco. They are free oh wait it’s California duh.
