I had a great experience at this Pollo Loco! I went through the drive thru and was greeted nicely at the window! Sharlene was great with her service and even recommended me to download the app to receive points and discounts on my order! Sharlene was very kind and I hope she is there the next time I go!

Terrible service they stayed with my debit card and I live in Irvine it was there fault they didnt give me my debit card back and they did nothing to try to fix it wasted a lot of gas just to go grab it to receive nothing terrible service

I think El Pollo Loco is underrated for their flame 🔥 roasted chicken. I usually get the 2 or 3 piece meal. It comes with 2 sides of your choice & corn or flour tortillas. Coupons are usually in the mail too.

Everytime I come here they mess something up. I swear they don’t pay attention to a single thing you say. Basic English is necessary for a damn job. I say flour tortilla they give me corn. I say 4 pico they give me 1. Every single time.

The servers were friendly and helpful. The embrace was pleasant, and the restaurant was not too crowded. I like the cleanliness as well. Our order consisted of an 8 PC family meal well done to perfection. My only qualm is that the beans are not kid friendly since they put chile on them. Please consider not adding it since one has the option of hot sauces on the side, thank you.
Online it says it closes at 11pm. We were in the drive thru and on the speaker says they are currently closed at 9:25pm. A waste of time.

Upon pulling up to the drive thru Marlene Assisted me and was completely rude with her tone of voice and I basically felted rushed to place an order . I pull to the window to pay , not greeted at all - cool not a problem . Then she hands me my food so I ask for salsa and she says “ that should be enough” for a 60$. Order . I was only provided 6 greens salsas . Next : I kindly asked for a small side if onion and cilantro and I was denied that . When every time that I go it’s something they can give and do give me . Very upset with their service , and they need to do better by encouraging their workers to be kind and welcoming upon interaction with a customer . They are the face to their store .

Charlene, the cashiers, the cooks and all the staff do an excellent job at this location. The area and tables are clean, the salsas are fresh, the chicken is hot. One of the best El Pollo Locos around.
