I wanted the 2 piece chicken meal with breast meat only. She said there was not enough breast meat to give me 2 pieces. Of course I pay extra for that. I do not eat wings or thighs. This is not the first time I could not be served this, what I wanted. So I leave and go elsewhere where can be accommodated . It’s really that simple!

Im disappointed in this company. There's nothing on the menu that's actually affordable, over 10 dollars for their basic tostado, don't know why they mislabeled that item as having chicken, more like 2pc of a square piece of meat. The rest is just sour cream, sauces, beans and mostly stale lettuce. I guess when people don't care about quality and will settle for low standards because they are in a hurry. El Pollo loco will stay a low waulity choice. Wasn't always like this. But yea, don't bother estung here.
