Store manager terrible at this location. My wife ordered 3 chicken breast and when she got to the window he told her there were no breast. He then proceeded to give her the wrong money back cause he can't add. He also was sneezing and wiping his nose with his bare hands and touching grill. Hopefully he gets fired. Contacting corporate tommorrow regarding this.

Great service, friendly and engaging. However, even though food ingredients were delicious, the main ingredient, the chicken was burned black on several parts of the chicken. The restrooms were not working but manager was nice making it up to us. Thank you!

Chicken meals was very good. The corn was very tasty. Made little corn and chicken tacos trying the red sauce on one and the verde on the other. Also got Mexican Cobb salad. Tasty. Night crew was very nice.

Just order A chicken avocado bowl and is honestly the worse bowl I’ve gotten in my life. All the chicken they gave me burn black like if it was the last left overs they had . The rice was super hard and couldn’t even check it. Who ever they have as cooks they need to really look at them. This is not normal, and I love Pollo loco. Really bad service.

Based on the reviews I decided to walk in and check for gloves/ sanitation, the chef was the only one with gloves on, his pants were sagging and I clearly saw him reach down to his large waste ; to pull up his sagging pants, & watched him continue making the food.
