This is the closest one to our house. Many times we have gone there, and had issues serious enough that we just left. From prices not matching the menu to being out of things (and not telling you until you had waited 10-15 minutes or more, even when you are the only customer there).... They're good 2/3rds of the time, and just frustrating.

Asked for flower tortillas they gave me corn tortillas then still made me pay for the flower tortillas not only that but I ordered brest and wing they gave me thighs I got played thank you Guadalup 0 stars

I don't leave reviews really but I have to. The quesadilla was probably prepped earlier and was in the fridge because they didn't reheat it enough and it was cold inside. Only the corners were warm.When I went back to tell them that he is arguing with me that is prepared fresh and can't be cold. Dude, just put the hand on it and you will see, why would I make this up for the food that I just ordered and wanted to eat. But If I want frozen quesadillas I'll buy it in Walmart not here. Ridiculous. Not buying anything else from here for sure.

Cashier was rude. Not just to me, to everyone she/he (with a nose ring) waited on that did not order off of the self help screen. I notice that several of the cashiers are pushy in trying to get folks to use the self help screen when I come here, maybe it's a corporate push, but there is no need to be rude. Not everything can be ordered off of the self help screen. It's making me think twice about Returning.

No complaints, looking for a quick tasty lunch Pollo Loco is a tasty option. Don't want to spend a lot of time getting lunch or a lot of money this place does the trick. Not sure why so many 1 star reviews. My go to is the chicken tostada salad creamy cilantro dressing and pico de gallo. I normally hit up the drive thru it's pretty fast and accurate. Reason for no 4 or 5 star review is that although no complaints it's not like whoa or mouth watering it's cool though.

This Pollo loco location has to be the absolute worst I've ever been to and I've been to plenty.... Absolutely the most unorganized, unprofessional, and uncleanliness feeling ever. i mean that with the utmost sincerity..... If the Pollo loco organization gave a s..t they should close this place down!

I just went here for lunch and the food is below acceptable , I spent the remaining 10 minutes of my lunch after driving there , eating dry chicken from last week.After having asked for it to be "Juicy" . They also forgot one of my salads and had to go back for it , I wasted a lot of time and am very unhappy.

The cashier walked by twice without acknowledging me waiting. When she finally came the the register she was dry and not mildly friendly. I asked her how her day was going to get her to calibrate, but that did not work. I believe her name is Guadalupe. I don’t recommend having her up on the cashier. That attitude should not be the representation of one of my favorite restaurants.

Update September 2023: The drive-thru line here can be atrociously slow and long esp during the weekday lunch rush. Service is a hit or miss, usually a miss - they frequently forget to give you your sides and are often out of breast! Food is generally good but sometimes their churros are burnt or don't have enough cinnamon sugar and their chicken can be greasy. Proceed with caution!Placed an order online for curb-side pickup and arrived to pick-up. Followed the text-message prompts and even called the store multiple times (call went to an automated voice mail). I sat parked in the designated curb-side pickup location (along with 4~6 other cars) for 15 minutes while I saw employees go in/out of the restaurant. Finally, I get out, walk up to the restaurant, and see a hand-written note stating they are closed early.Forget getting ANY support from corporate. I reached out to them 3 times and have yet to receive any response. I had to call my bank to cancel their transaction. The lack of service is appalling, disappointing, and heartbreaking as I love their food so much.If the restaurant is closed, the web portal should not allow any online orders to go through and the restaurant's voice mail should clearly state their closure!
