I went into this location after having a wonder day and it killed my mood to start. There was no greeting. I didn’t see one employee smile. There was a tall Caucasian man, whom seemed to be the manager, doing something behind the counter. Since I did not get greeted or even acknowledged I had to ask him where o order. He mumbled that I could order there at the cashier. There was not a cashier standing there at the moment as the employees were at the other end of the walkway (where the sandwiches are made), hence the reason why I was not sure where to order.Well, by the time I had left there (take out, NOT dine in) I felt like I should have never stopped by this location. It completely drained the “good vibes” out of me. Paying $14 for a sandwich (not a combo) would have felt better if it would have come with good customer service.

Sandwiches were alright, but servers are rude and inattentive acted like I didn’t come in. Keep in mind empty store with two employees inside, I understand it’s late at night I wouldn’t want to work late either but some form of acknowledgement goes a long way. Will not be coming back.

When you see a CHILD any CHILDAll children should be offered a paper firehat isn't that the point . Give to ALL CHILDREN no matter the color. You never know it could be a child first time at firehouse subs . Do better
I showed up 45 minutes before closing time, First thing I heard was we don have many options,, no hot sandwiches or anything with cheese. Looked at the menu well that eliminated most of the menu, I was let down because I love Firehouse. Mix time I will drive to the next closest one. 45 minutes before closing time close... really

My first time ever having Firehouse Subs and I can see the appeal! I got the hook and ladder sub and it was prepared pretty quickly. It was packed with ingredients and it was the perfect temperature. I also love the slice of pickle they give you and pairs perfectly with the sandwich. I also ordered a side of chips to add an extra crunch to my meal. The inside is pretty spacious with a lot of seating available. I love the interior decorations that really honor our first responders. Staff was friendly and parking was plentiful. Highly recommend checking out Firehouse Subs for your next sandwich craving!

This is my first time trying firehouse subs and the food was decent. It’s much different than your normal cold subs but has a unique taste. I got the classic hook and ladder sun with some chips. -1 star because they wouldn’t let me sun the cheese so mine came with no cheese.Decent subs ?
